It arrived 2 days late, due to lazy delivery driver. If I didn’t call customer service it would arrived 4 days later

Very poor quality product. Very weak metal and poor not able to use it even once before it broke. Would not recommend buying this at all. Not doing anything fancy other than using it for ricing boiled potatoes. Waste of money and shipping.

I bought this several months agoand had my first chance to useit last week. It works greatas long as your potatoesare "fork tender"...The holes are quite smallso forcing a semi-tenderpotato may cause the metalhandle to bend and fail.Upon squeezing all of mypotatoes through thericer, all I needed todo is use a spatula tofold and stir the ricedpotatoes into a nicelooking mash...no lumps.

Awesome potato ricer, will take whole spuds. Quick to use when making a lot of mash. Mash is silky smooth.

the handle bent and made the entire device unusable after I tried to use this on some sweet potatoes. they were still a little firm but very well cooked and not hard. It couldnt handle anything other than extremly soft potatoes that are so soft they dont even need a ricer.Cheap. broken. Low quality

This ricer produced fine bits of potato for heavenly mashed potatoes. Because it is so sturdy, it holds up well.

This is a fabulous potato ricer. Very durable and sturdy. Great value for the money. Highly recommend. I use it to rice potatoes to make mashed potatoes and I do sweet potatoes too to make sweet potato casserole. It's also really good to do certain fruits and veggies for jams and jellies and even baby food for children who are usually on stage 2 and 3 foods.

This product is fine for an individual person but not suitable for commercialise ie more than 2 people. Was disappointed as I asked for a commercial one.Be careful if imported then you have to pay import tax and if you return you have to pay export tax.

Noticed some other reviewers who had some QA problems, but the one I received is well made and sturdy. This is a great design and can handle cups of potatoes at a time. It rices them perfectly, cleans up in a snap. I am worried about losing the pin that holds the two sides together between uses, but everything about this ricer works really well. Much better then the little round ones Ive used in the past.

This glorious tool has taken my mashed potato game to the next level. You don't need anything extra to get luscious creamy mashed potatoes if you have this ricer. I just add some seasoning/Bouillon and its all good to go, the silky texture does all the work for me. No extra fat = Healthy potatoes. Now that I have this ricer I can't imagine using anything else or living without it. It's worth the premium price. The jaw part is huge and really can fit an entire large potato as advertised, don't waste your time on other ones that require elbow grease & extra time. It feels extremely sturdy and is very easy to clean, I just run it under very hot water and any starch washes away.I'm not joking, this ricer has made me so happy it's so satisfying to have perfectly smooth mashed perders.

What I like: large area to place potatoes, no need to keep refilling. When compressing, there is very little potato that does not get through=efficient and quick. The actual riced potato is riced to perfection. As shown, so easy to clean and store. What to be prepared to deal with: a plain brown box, no identification on box or instructions (really not needed, if you have "riced" before or can check how to do it online. My only REAL concern is, the metal rod that holds the two pieces together is kept in place by what I foresee as the "weak link" in the product. It is a flimsy less than 1/2" piece of flexible clear plastic tubing. Must be very careful not to lose while cleaning and it might stretch out so it does not hold the rod in place after a fee uses. The ricer is also very heavy, which means it is very durable. Also, it did sit well on the pan so you can rice it right back into original pan or most bowls with thinner rims. I have only used this once, so I have high hopes. I use my riced potatoes for gnocchi and I am particular.
