Five months ago, I sustained a severe ankle sprain that significantly limited my physical activity. Since then, my calves—particularly on the injured side—have been extremely tight. I purchased this slant board to help loosen my muscles, improve flexibility, and build stability to prevent future injuries. The board is nicely finished, sanded smooth, and provides excellent traction. It feels sturdy and secure, with four non-skid pads (about the size of a US quarter) that keep it firmly in place on my wood floors without causing any scratches.I use it regularly at my sit-stand desk, both for stretching and as a comfortable footrest while seated. The adjustable incline options make it suitable for various exercises and stretching routines, helping to gradually improve ankle stability and balance.

I am so happy to have found such a great value on such a needed addition to our home gym. I have taught Barre and often found the need for better calf stretches when I am not at the gym. This little board is quick to pull out and does the job. It has excellent traction and folds up nice and compact when not in use. Everything about it feels sturdy and well made.I look forward to having it available for our home workouts!

Got the high version that goes up to 45 degrees and have already used it several time. This board is very solid and handles a couple hundred pounds with no issue. The textured surface is really rough, so you won't slip if you're wearing shoes. It might be a too rough if you try it barefoot. Add in the fact that it folds down flat for storage and you've got a great way to stretch for a good price.

Very good quality Portable Slant Board for Calf Stretching by OiZenhio. I have Plantar Fasciitis and just started physical therapy for it this week. Calf stretching on the slant board is one of my exercises and this board has been great for my therapy. It is easy to set up and folds compactly for storage when not in use. I ordered the high board with 20°, 30°, 35°, 40° & 45° angle slants for stretches – I am starting out on the 20° angle slant. I am getting a very good calf stretch on the 20° angle slant – I can also add a resistant band for a greater stretch or an upper body workout. The slant board appears heavy-duty (can withstand 380 lbs). The material on the top provides a good, non-slip grip. There are non-slip sponge discs attached to the bottom so it doesn’t slide on a hardwood or tile floor – I’m using it on a carpeted surface so I have not experienced the board slipping or sliding.Overall, I would say that it is a high-quality Slant Board and is easy to carry, adjust and use. It’s also a good price and is offered with a coupon now.

I was unsure if this product would be sturdy and safe enough for me to use but, after trying it out, it seems to have good quality to it. It feels sturdy and I would feel comfortable asking patient's of varying weights and sizes to step into this. Many have trouble finding the correct foot placement for a calf stretch with a step, so this is much more intuitive

I shattered my Talus bone in my ankle and am now in physical therapy. One of the exercises I am suppose to do is to stretch my calves and ankles using a slant board. I was thinking about making me one, but then this showed up in my feed so I ordered it. Here are my thoughts on this slant board:PROS:1) It is easy to carry and store. I enjoy being able to easily move this around to where I am going to exercise regardless if it is at the office or home. Then when you are done stretching a quick fold and you can store it just about anywhere. A very convenient tool.2) It is made out of good quality plywood. Is sanded nice making it solid and with no worries of splinters. A nicely made product.3) Has plenty of adjustment. On mine I measured the angle on each slot and came up pretty close to what is advertised. 20, 30, 35, 40, and 45 degrees. Since I am recouping I can't go beyond the 20 degree and was wondering who in the world could use the 45 degree angle. Then my granddaughter set it up and had it in the 45 degree and stood on it with no problem! I guess my ankle still has a long way to go!4) The friction surface is placed on the board well and holds your feet on the board.CONS:1) The only con I see is that the top hinge carries all the weight. If you look at the first photo where I have it all the way up at 45 degrees you see that the support board is not touching the board you stand on. All the weight is being placed on the hinge. I have to imagine that with a little time the screws are going to work loose and the hinge will start to fail.CONCLUSION:I like this product. It is easy to transport and store. It has a lot of settings. The drawback is the design puts a lot of stress on the support hinge.RATING SYSTEM:I review a lot of products because I know reading other people’s reviews are very helpful in selecting the right product. I saw a reviewer that gave a rating scale and I thought, "That is useful". When one is reviewing from underwear to air compressors having a way to tell you how I rate is important. Here is my rating scale:5 Stars: Excellent product, I highly recommend this product for anyone.4 Stars: Good product, but there are some quality, functionality, or design issues, but will still work well.3 Stars: Okay product, it will work for some people but not all people. It works but not great.2 Stars: Is not very functional. It might work in a very specialized situation, but don't count on it.1 Star: Trash. I can't see any useful purpose for the product.
