This rowing machine is excellent. It’s perfect for me, a beginner. While some have indicated that resistance levels aren’t sufficient for them, I find the range perfect for me. I especially appreciate the ability to do resistance training for my arms.Assembly was straightforward, but keep a keen eye on what you’re doing. It’s all clear if you’re not expecting IKEA-like instructions. This is much more complex, but when fully assembled, you’ll be pleased.The footholds are great and move well with my feet.

I'm really enjoying the row machine. It is very versatile. This has become a family event and 5stars given all around. The company even sent a free pair of gloves my size. Easy to assemble. The seat is very comfortable.

I bought this rowing machine because I wanted to get in better shape and after less than a month of using it I've already lost ten pounds! The price was great and it arrived in a timely manner. The set up and assembly took some time and patience but that's to be expected and it was definitely worth it. The construction and materials seem to be high quality and when in use it's virtually silent. I've been talking with Anna and she provides great customer service and even sent free workout gloves! The app is nice and definitely helps structure a routine. Look no further if you want a great rowing machine without spending a fortune.

The rower was easy to assemble, only took 30-45 min. Initially had trouble connecting my phone to the machine, but after reaching out to Anna in customer service, everything is working as it should! Best addition to my home gym set up. My workout buddy enjoys the bike as pictured, while I row away! I love the feeling it gives after workouts. It doesn't give you pains like conventional exercising, but you feel the work! It's sturdy, silent, and saves space. It doesn't weigh much but manages my weight well at 320. I added my own tiles to help with slip resistance.

It took me a while to put this rowing machine together but it is sturdy, strong, and beautifully crafted. The pieces assembled easily once I understood what the assembly directions were telling me to do. All the tools were provided. I love the smooth rowing action and have already noticed my core getting stronger. It is quiet when in motion and I have it in the livingroom and watch TV while I am exercising. The Customer Support is wonderful. I contacted them as they offered free exercise gloves and simply needed an address to send them. My contact, Anna, was personable and very responsive. She said that they stand by their products should anything go wrong. So far I am very happy with it and now my husband is interested in trying it out too!

The rowing is smooth and quiet. The control is easy to adjust and the tention has a good range from easy to difficult. The seat is comfortable and the handle is padded. I like that it is easy to move and that it can be folded upright to take up less room. I have not seen any residue from the machine so I don't need a mat to protect the carpet. Nice machine!

I've had my rowing machine for a couple of months now and from a mechanical aspect, it is well constructed very quiet smooth mechanics rowing machine.Defined a good for a beginner, (like me) is because the resistance (although with 14 levels) is not extensively intense for more veteran enthusiast.Very smooth transition in both the rowing and seat slide. Very low profile. Foot straps are designed well to ensure tight grip.Minor issues I have is with the device is with the display. It's a basic digital counter that I really don't rely on since I have my watch and other monitor tools. Secondly, the 'app' that you can supposedly use is a subscription product which I found discouraging knowing I just spent on the equipment and now have to spend o a subscription.Have patience in putting the device together. Follow the instructions carefully. You may want to use your own tools as the one provided is very basic and may not tighten down your hardware well enough.Well worth the value.
