Product Description

Polylok offers an extensive line of covers. Our covers are designed to fit our risers, distribution boxes, plastic tanks and corrugated pipe. Each cover is manufactured with the highest UV protection available. In addition, every cover comes with a factory installed gasket to assist with creating a watertight connection. Our covers come in a wide array of sizes. Safety screws are strongly advised when limiting access is necessary.

I tried 2 other lids before this one which, supposedly, had the same measurements. They did not. This one, however, fit exactly as anticipated with zero issues. It also came with eight screws and screw holes as opposed to most which only had 4 or less. Excellent product, hoping it lasts for a while.

Old one broke and this fits perfect. I got it in 2 days , so septic was covered

I love the robustness of this lid. I also like having the additional fastener locations compared to the old lid that only had four fastener locations. The lid is super strong and doesn’t flex nearly as much as the original. I highly recommend this product.

Compared to local plumbing suppliers this was 1/4 the price. Sturdy enough for your lawn mower and to walk across, came with seal and stainless screws. Fit well, recommended to our local septic company

Not supplied with installation screws (required for security) - if screws not purchased separately, the cover unit is not airtight and fumes vent to the area surrounding the tank. Does not complement customer satisfaction. Do not appreciate stopping work to go and retrieve 11/2" SS square drive sheet metal screws. Recommend the product but not the seller.

I ORDERED TWO MORE. FIT WELL. ONLY PROBLEM FIRST ONE CAME WITH SCREWS THE SECOND TWO CAME WITHOUT SCREWS. HAD TO FINE SS SCREWS.
