Give very little support. It screws into the clasp that goes around the pipe, but only slides into the bracket that is on the wall. The bar should have threading on both ends so that the piece can be supported.Without the double ended threading, it is necessary to put a hole in your wall and run the entire piece through the bracket and into the wall. Yet this would not hold it tightly in place.

We had purchased a faucet unit from somewhere else and it didn’t have a wall bracket… this was exactly what we were missing… solid piece… worked out great !

Very solid mount and parts. My showerhead pipe is half inch diameter, and the items bracket appears to be designed for 3/8 inch pipe. I was able to reuse a different bracket at the pipe end. It would be helpful if the specs were clear about, what size pipe the bracket is designed for.

My friend produces Vegan and Vegetarian soups in a space I rent to her. The commercial faucet and sprayer were not attached properly by the plumber she used so we replaced the hose ourselves and then noticed it had never been anchored to the wall. The local supply house wanted $55 dollars for the same thing...so of course I ordered from Amazon and saved a bunch.It was easy to cut with a hack saw to the exact size we needed. Girl power saved money on the piece and the install. If we can do it so can you.

This support was a good find but the clamp does not fit a 1/2 inch shower riser and I had to grind the clamp to accomodate the 1/2 inch pipe. The screws were not long enough so grinding the seat of the clamp was my only option. It seems well made and served my needs. I simply cut the rod to fit the distance from the base to the clamp.

Having remodeled the 1st floor bathroom I installed chrome riser pipes below an open sink. The riser pipes look very nice with the chrome escutcheons however due to the pipe length the pipes never stayed straight. I installed the wall brackets about 3" from the wall which has now provided the stability and look I needed. The brackets are of good quality and well made.
