I never write reviews but in this case I had to. For starters it took a lot longer for this product to arrive than they had originally said. I was okay with that until after several uses I am finding that plain and simple this product just doesn't work. Our driveway was and still is a sheet of ice. Would never buy again.

Glad l ordered a small bag but it did not melt the snow very well. Price was rather high for little bag.
