Don't waste your time or money. I ordered a "military grade" kit with chiller on January 19, 2025. Was told it would be here within 6 days. Two weeks later, still no kit. Got one e-mail after another with nothing but excuses. Finally received the kit in late March 2025 with missing parts. Three more weeks and finally was able to set up in April 2025. Lid had a hole in it and the chiller doesn't work. They asked me to do several "trouble shooting videos" for them and wait 24 hours between videos. Still nothing. They said they would send me a new chiller. Two weeks later, nothing. Then they said, send the old one back and once the UPS ticket is scanned, we'll send it. Did that and they changed their mind and said they want to receive the chiller, examine it and then send it back. Now, I'm in May 2025 and nothing. COMPLETE WASTE of time. You'll just receive a ton of "apology" e-mails but still won't get anywhere. In the end, I had to tell them I was filing a Dispute with my credit card. Not only did I not get what was promised, I got very low-quality material and defective equipment. They just scrub the internet of all bad reviews. Thats why there isn't much out there on this company. Typical CHINA CRAP! Don't waste our time or money. They won't be around very long for any warranty work anyways.
