This product works very well. I use in a basement with continuous drainage and it keeps the humidity level down. Prior to purchasing we were having moisture issues and concerned about mold, so this product has been a life saver! Excellent customer service as well. I will continue to purchase Waykar products.

The hose was tied together inside the plastic packaging. This resulted in about ten really flat spots in the hose that I haven't been able to open up. I will try using a hair dryer on it tomorrow to soften the plastic in order to fix it, but I don't understand why the hose won't "bounce back" to the original shape after packaging. If this doesn't work I might have to return the product.

I no longer have to manually empty the dehumidifier daily. Great project.

hose arrived creased in several areas, not a very thick hose, I paced the entire hose in the kitchen sink hoping I could unroll the hose successfully with out cracking it. this did work out. However I got things set up and all seemed fine for a few days, then I noticed the unit was leaking, water about 3 feet around unit. There was the worst rust developed from around the hose on the unit. my new dehumidifier was awful looking. I cleaned up the mess and notified amazon for a replacement. They had no issue I was the one to be inconvenienced during the holidays to find time to return the old one, rather that just get a replacement. Upon further inspection I discovered the hose did not have a washer, most would have came with a washer but not this . So my concern at this time is the rusty connector on the end of the hose to the unit, will it cont to deteriorate. I am not sure. I never imagined it did not have a washer, and yes I know the reviews said the place a washer but in the beginning who the heck reads instructions for something as simple as hooking a hose onto a unit. its so simple. I will consider a replacement but not during christmas.

The hose is kinked by the supplier's packaging techniques.Amazon stops you from returning the hose and therefore no refund is offered.

the hose was bent and folded to fit in the packaging, causing 6-7 major kinks in the line making it highly inefficient for a drain hose as there would be no pressure running through it to fix the kinks.and to clarify, I do not mean the hose was bent to fit into Amazon packaging, the hose was folded INSIDE the branded package it came in.Absolutely rediculous, do not buy, 0/10.

This hose has been really helpful for my basement dehumidifier. It saves from having to empty the catch basin. The hose had plenty of length and I cut it off to what I needed it for, easy to do. Attached well to the unit also, snug fit and no leaking. There was a washer in the package also, but not in the attachment, loose in the bag, so do need to watch for that.

I’m updating my original review, after saying:”I got it without reading reviews first, but this is a waste of money. I can't use it because it leaks. No worth it.”. I actually used plumber’s tape to seal the connection and the leaking was solved. I had my dehumidifier running since December no issues after the quick fix. I read previous reviews and jump to a conclusion too quickly without finding a solution.
