Great storage bags they're a more rubbery vinyl but don't rip in cold conditions like the more vinyl ones that are out there

The product has a pasty residue all over it, resembling dried toothpaste. A LOT of it. No matter how much I tried to wash it off, it remained. The pouch does not come in any external wrapper or box, so there is really no excuse for sending it out in that condition, when the person at plano who sent it clearly had to have seen and felt the **** all over the ****in thing. That being said, I'm not mad, just disappointed. Will be sending back for full refund. Also on a separate note, I don't actually love the product, even if it was clean. It is basically a very thick zip lock bag, but the locking area is tough to open and also tough to line back up to close. Personally, I'd prefer something with a quick-access opening mechanism. This pouch would be good for certain applications of storage, though, such as soft plastics you will rarely need to get to quickly.

Both items were cloudy and scratched on the inside and outside. Almost appeared used. I will purchase this item from local tackle store in the future.
