After a couple of trail runs with mixed results seem to have achieved a decent technique. The oven has straightforward controls, warms up quickly and, to me most importantly, can run off a 2000 watt generator so will be going camping with us. Tips - experiment with different doughs. We like King Arthur 'OO' Neapolitan mix. Follow instructions carefully allowing plenty of time to rise. Use plenty of Corn Meal to stop pizza sticking to paddle. Bake for 2 minutes before adding toppings. Beats just using a regular oven by a mile.

This is a very high quality pizza oven. Very thick walls and seal retain heat well, allowing it quickly get up to very high temperatures. Cooks quickly and evenly on the included pizza stone. It comes with many accessories as show in my photo. This is a great addition to my kitchen at a reasonable price. Almost half as much as some of the bigger brands. Looks great in our kitchen!

I’ve tried a few pizza ovens, but this one is by far the best! The pizza turned out incredibly delicious— my toddler even asked for seconds! It cooks super quickly, which is a huge plus when feeding little ones. And for the price, you just can’t beat it! The design is sleek and modern, not extra bulky at all. Would be a great gift for a husband, dad, uncle or brother in law. This oven comes highly recommended!

Maybe I got a lemon. This oven incinerated the first frozen pizza I tried and uncooked second attempt. You know that warning that says to make sure it is properly baked on the pizza box. I vomited and otherwise spent many hours in the bathroom. Two days to recover from that.The controls do not allow you to make changes to the time or temperature once you start a pre-set program or the manually adjusted program. You cannot add two minutes once it is started. You will have to stop and then start again. I would much rather have mechanical dials and buttons.When baking a pizza, the back is hotter than the front.The programs go through a pre-heat cycle and beeps every three seconds until you take action by pressing the blinking button. Then, the timer starts counting down. In other words, you can either listen to the audio feedback to ensure you get the full amount of baking time or put the pizza in the oven and restart the oven. With this thing, you are required to do it their way or you need to come up with work arounds.By the way, the pre-heat on the bottom (pizza stone) suggested it was 800F or 840F. According to my infrared thermometer, it was 428F after three cycles of pre-heating. A frozen pizza will cool it down and it takes a while to heat back up. I have started a return. I am greatly disappointed

wow love my first pizza oven! this thing is compact and has so many functions, i did a normal pizza as well as thin napoleon pizza. it took only 2 min and you can flip it a few times. it comes with all your basic tool like a pizza cutter and pizza peel. comes very handly. the oven is super hot it goes up to 700f and cooks things so faster and give the bottom of your pizza a nice brown colour. the stone is pretty good quality. I use parchment as the first time i launch it in it got stuck. very easy to use and took 10min to warm up.

Quick preheating and cooking time with Impressive Heat Capacity. Consistently great results with crisp crust, gooey toppings and Quick Cooking Time. Compact and attractive design. I had great experience with it. The build quality is impressive—it’s heavy and feels like it’s built like a tank. However, it does require a lot of counter space, so plan accordingly.One downside is the pizza stone. While it works well, it’s a single point of failure. If it breaks, the entire unit becomes unusable. It would be better if the stone were placed on a metal mesh so a generic replacement could be used.Pro tip: I ran the oven outdoors empty for about half an hour to clear the initial fumes before using it indoors. Once in action, it heats up incredibly fast, reaching up to 800°F. The results? Delicious, restaurant-quality pizza in minutes. Highly recommended for pizza enthusiasts who have the space.
