It's a bit too shallow for homemade pizzas, but it does a decent job at frozen pizzas. The bottom being tall instead of the top causes issues with getting pizzas into the pan without burning myself. The heat spread is also incredibly uneven, with many parts burning and some sections being raw. It also doesn't have a preheating light that works or a temperature selector. The top is also awkward to switch between griddle and oven configurations; It no longer stays in the half-open position after three uses in the griddle position. That's a big issue for me, because I want a lot of control for an extremely heated pan on hinges, and this doesn't give that.The non-stick coating is excellent, and none of the 8 eggs I consecutively cooked stuck; It passed that test whole heartily.

This is an outstanding product, and I genuinely love it. After using it three times, I can say it has significantly reduced my cooking times while delivering excellent tasting meals. It's convenience at its best!The unit can be used as a single cooktop or expanded to two with its easy open maneuver. It's also simple to clean and maintain. I've successfully cooked a variety of dishes, including bacon, pancakes, steak, eggs, and asparagus. The only dish we haven't tried is pizza, as my husband has gluten sensitivities and doesn't particularly like it.One thing to note is that you should avoid using metal utensils on the cooking surface, as it scratches easily. For this reason, I deducted one point. Additionally, it does make some odd noises while in use...creaking, snapping, and popping sounds. However, the fact that I love cooking with it so much makes me willing to overlook these quirks, which says a lot about how much I enjoy this product. 10/10!
