I gave these a month before writing a review. I don't think they are doing anything. I used to take another form of silica but they ran out of it. It was the best.This one....not so much.Won't purchase again.

Alongside another supplement I am sure it helped with Bartholin cyst. But you HAVE to eat something with it or right after it....It is strong and affects your stomach (pain)
