I really like the quality of the kit. However it would be better if they included some information on use of the kit more than just the poster with exercise pictures. As someone new to pilates the information in the slides for the kit on here would be nice inside the box. I hate having to revisit the page to figure things out. Even a QR code with links would be better than nothing.
