Love it. I use it everyday for exercises and I use it while watching TV, reading book. It is good for waist to down posture & fix my lower back pain.

The product is good. The listing says that there are two sizes. But, they keep sending me the same size. I'm returning both since I didn't get a chance to use it. Poor customer service!

High quality belts for SNPE leg correction exercises. It looks genuine product from Korea. I wish this product existed many years ago and I was surprised to find it here on Amazon. The exercises are available on SNPE app or Youtube for free. I am 5’7 and weight 136lbs. I use it together with medium pelvic belt.

After the covid vaccine ive had increased hypermobility. My bones were literally falling out of place for 8 months. I started using this product and now i dont have to go to physical therapy and chiropractor as much. Im finally staying aligned! At first excersie were challenging but after 2 weeks my body adjusted. The exercises are in Korean. But you can visually understand the youtube teacher. I mostly follow Bella who is great. They have English subtitles. Thanks you, SNPE for improving my life! I also use the 2 rails, danson and cervical neck pillow in addition.

My daughter has scoliosis. So it's being used.It's better to watch apps and follow them more easily. She said that after doing these movements, she feel like muscles are loosening.
