This is a pretty well put together pilates bar kit, that offers you everything you need to practice pilates at home. The bar is comprised of 4 pieces that easily assemble and can be just as easily disassembled for storage or transport. There are multiple bands with varying levels of resistance, so you have good flexibility in terms of the types of exercises you can do, and everything can easily be stored away in the included bag. Overall this is a really solid pilates bar kit

I was skeptical at first because lack of knowledge of use. However, there are complete instructions on how to use each product, even for shorter people like myself. You can also do a quick search on what exercises to incorporate into your routine, which makes this product great.

This is a such a win idea for people that like to work out from home . Because different attachments to make a heavier wider it’s a bit easy to figure it out. It has directions on how to use it. You can work out for so many different ways. It’s very good quality and it’s worth for the money. It saves you money from the gym as well.

Everything in the set seams fine. I think I'm too short to use the bar for squats, as the bands and foot straps together are too long. I'm 5'5 and there is not enough tension when squatting with the bar, which was my primary purpose for buying the kit. I'm sure there are ways to loop it to make it tighter but I'm not looking for extra work. The rest of the kit works fine, and the bands have decent resistance. Comes with a nice little bag to put everything in as well. Bar goes together pretty easily, just need to be sure the threads are in right.

I like the kit's concept. It provides multiple opportunities to train different groups of muscles using resistance bands, and it does not take up substantial space when stored. I don't need any weights for training; I only need to use my body weight. However, I did encounter a difficulty when trying the bar with the resistance band on foot. I almost fell when trying to squat and rise, as in the descriptive picture on the Amazon page. The users should pay more caution when performing such an exercise by firmly stepping on the handles because they are not flat, which may cause instability.
