What I was looking for. I save money for not going to the gym. This works out every part of body for arms legs abs all in one. For the price it’s worth it. Love it!!

I bought these because it’s tough to stop out at the gym especially as it’s cold. I’m trying to build muscles as I lose weight. They are very good and the best is that I can pack and travel with it which I did in November. It also looks simple but gives a tough workout that does what it’s supposed to do. I would recommend getting this.

The bar is solid, not flimsy. The 3 sets of resistance bands are very useful and offer flexibility. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase. Thank you.

The product itself seems good--but if youre like me and height challenged (Im 5'3) you might need a different kit. I have it set as short as it will go and there is very little tension when doing tricep or bicep curls. I shouldve read more of the reviews before I purchased this kit. Returning the product and looking for a dfferent kit.

This product does seem to have a lot of negative reviews, but I don’t agree. It is durable, easy to use, and pretty. I wanted to find a girlier Pilates reformer dupe, and this works great. The bar is NOT flimsy. It is very sturdy and thick. So are the bands. Everything is functional. I would say that if you are 5 foot or shorter, the bar will need some work. I am 5’4 and seem to be perfect height to do squats and lunges, but do lose some resistance at the depth of my exercise. The velcro is sticky on the ankle straps and does not come off. There is also a very thick book of all kinds of exercises. Very happy!!
