The printing does happen..only thr label comes out with no text printed on the label...not at all useful..feel lile cheated

I’m giving this label maker 4 stars. The initial setup was a bit challenging, but once I got it working, it reliably did the job. Its compact design makes it easy to handle and store, which is a definite plus. However, I do miss the larger label paper options available on the original label makers. Overall, it's a great tool if you're willing to put in a little extra effort upfront.

This is a very capable printer and I've used it in the field for audio panel labelling, network panels, outboard gear, etc. It's quick and easy. Love it.The Bluetooth connection from the phone is fast and solid. The labels are good quality and, while sticky, can be removed.

All is good with registering and loading the machine until you go to actually use the label maker. The instructions, as well as all of the videos (I think there were 9 of them), lack in how to change or select fonts, borders, ect., is very frustrating for someone who is not technically savvy. I've even gone to YouTube and no one shows what each symbol/icon does. So, if there's anyone reading this who has a YouTube channel is able to give well-explained, visual help that would be very helpful. I realize it would be a long video but at least you'd be helping people like me who are visual learners.

First of all , read the entire instruction that comes with the printer. They are clear and simple. I decided to just glance at them and of course ran into minor problems because of my ignorance 😃. I wrote to the seller asking them the question I had and they replied in less than 24 hours ( of course I had decided by then to read the instructions and solved the problem) The seller has been in contact to make sure I had resolved the problem, which I appreciate very much. The printer is great, very handy and easy to use. I bought the case also so everything is in one handy container and easy to transport if needed
