UPDATE: BELOW IS MY FIRST REVIEW. I HAVE TO TELL YOU CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WONDERFUL AND COMMUNICATE SO WELL. BUT THIS IS THE HARDEST SOFTWARE TO USE, NOT USER FRIENDLY, IT WILL PRINT OFF EBAY, AMAZON YOU HAVE TO SAVE PDF THEN SEND TO PRINTER AND CROP, ALOT OF WORK. AND THE BLUE TOOTH COMES AND GOES WITH THE COMPUTERS AND PHONE, SO TECHNICALLY USE THE USB. I HAVE DONE ALOT OF WORK THEN GET IN THEIR PROGRAM LABELIFE AND GET IT ALL READY TO GO AND THE DARNNNNNN PRINTER WONT WORK, SAYS NOT CONNECTED, ITS CONNECTED ON WHAT EVER I AM USING. SOME TIMES I HAVE TO DOWNLOAD THEIR APP OVER AND OVER. I DECIDED ITS ONLY GOOD FOR EBAY, BY THE TIME I SCREW WITH IT. I MIGHT AS WELL JUST PRINT ON BLACK AND WHITE PRINTER. BESIDES YOU NEED ALOT OF STUFF WITH EBAY AND THE LABEL ONLY DOES LABELS, PLUS ITS BLACK AND WHITE. HAVE TO STILL TELL YOU THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A 10 PLUS , SO NICE . I AM A COMPUTER GEEK AND THIS HAS DROVE ME CRAZY. I HAVE ONLY GOTTEN TO PRINT TWO LABELS AND USED SO MANY LABELS, WHATS FUNNY IT WILL DO A TEST IF I HIT THE BUTTON ON THE MACHINE, BUT NOT FROM COMPUTER OR PHONE. AGH. ALSO THE SOFTWARE IS BETTER ON THE PHONE AND NOT THE SAME ON THE COMPUTER, NOT SURE WHY. BUT THEN IT DOESN T DO MY ANYGOOD IF I CAN'T PRINT IT. I HATE LEAVING A NOT SO GOOD REVIEW ,BECAUSE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE AWESOME. I TRIED. I SPEND 60 HOURS ON THIS IN A 4 DAYS PLUS. I JUST GIVE UP. JUST BUY A BLACK AND WHITE PRINTER. WHAT WAS FUNNY I TRIED TO RETURN TO AMAZON AND THEY ASK ME TO PUT A LABEL IN IT, GO FIGURE I AM SENDING BACK THE LABEL MACHINE , BECAUSE I COULDNT PRINT ONE AND I HAD TO ASK THEM TO MAIL ME ONE, COST ME 1.00, NEVER GOT BEFORE DEAD LINE TO RETURN SO HAD TO BUY A BLACK AND WHITE PRINTER . GO FIGURE.dead out of box would not print, only blank pages, spole to customer service he couldnt help. we tired different thing. Then he send message to his support, they emailed me with the exact same thing to do. Very disappointed and get this amazon wouldnt take back without me printing label !! I had to pay 1.00 to get one. Thats why I brought this label machine. my computer quit working and I need for labels. Plz it doesnt support all all businesses. I got the app installed and when you try to print the label it wont reduce it. what a waste and plus blank pages. about 30!!!Update: The company is super nice. They send me another one. I had the same problems, worked on it over 30 hours and can only print with the USB. I am so tired of messing with it, I even redid my whole computer, still problems. Doesnt want to print off of phone or Bluetooth, so I have to take my laptop to it. It shows I am connected wfi/bluetooth and even in the program for the printer, but wont do anything. I am gonna mess with this in a few days and get back to you. I can't change the ratings yet. Also if you print out Amazon or UPS and can't do a 4x6 label you have to crop in their program. So it is easier just to put an 8x10 and tape the label on package. Just saying , I dont think its worth all of this.

Such a great product that’s compact and lightweight, making it easy to take on the go. Setup is simple and operation, with minimal technical expertise required. I love that it takes up minimal space, making it ideal for small businesses or home offices.

I used it to print labels and it works great! It’s nice and small so I can put it aside easily when I’m not using it. I don’t have to worry about ink and it comes with free paper for starter

True rating: 3.5 stars (more below)Pros:- Thermal printing quality is great : I was able to print a personal logo and the colour was crisp and hasn't faded yet (almost three weeks later).- Size makes it portable: great for office spaces or on the go, especially since you can use their phone application and connect through bluetooth and still print (or the accessories included allow you to connect directly through your computer and print that way, if you don't like working on your phone)- Very helpful guides on the website for getting started and printing out various different templates.- Looks exactly as advertised and came with the mentioned included parts.Reasoning for the .5 rating: if it weren't for the extremely helpful customer service, I would have rated this 3 stars as I had difficulties with feeding the paper into the printer and having my images/labels print. Even with the guides, I didn't find it easy to print because there is no paper slot, so you need to keep feeding it into the printer and if you don't have the right settings, your image might print more than once onto the same paper.So the con here is that there is no pan to lay the paper on so you have to hold it all the while and by pushing it too far in and too quickly, you most likely will disturb the printing cycle. But like I said, this was closer to a 4 star product just because of how quickly I received customer service support that was helpful for rectifying this problem.Overall, the quality of this product is great but it isn't the easiest to use and to figure out right off the bat. If you have the patience to figure out how to work it, this is a great option for a thermal printer, especially for shipping labels.
