Wass really surprised by this product, bought it cause it was available same day, it's the print quality is great, it even calibrates its self on the label roll so it never prints before or after the label

The instructions are not clear instructions are not clear enough to instructions how to change the different print styles.

Not clear that this product runs off your phone. App is not clear how to use and it repeatedly downloads useless files to your phone. Useless. Instructions are pretty much non existent.

Updated review:The mechant did reach out to me an apologized and sent me a brand new printer along with 3 new roles of labels and the printer works great! Updating my review from 1 star to 5 stars.When I received mine, you could tell it had already been opened and the charging cord was missing. I have my own charging cord, so I'm charging it now to see if it even works. Very disappointed.
