I bought this over a month ago and just started using this week. So many problems. First, the Mac adaptor doesn't plug in properly to work. The size is all wrong. I had to use my phone, but would have preferred otherwise. Second, the labels don't line up properly with each print. They supply 10 labels and I printed one test, and then 9 others in a row. All cut off and off-line. Waste of labels. Each time you print, you need to align the label. It took me 2 hours to print 30 labels, which I wasted double that, easy. Do not buy this. It was a waste of money and I only wish I could return it!

I love this printer. It's very easy to use, prints fast and is very convenient. I had some problems with the printing and I contacted customer service and they were very kind, they helped me, they responded very quickly and solved the problem. I recommend it!

Imprime muy bien!!Puedes usar diferentes medidas de etiquetas.El proceso para usarla es sencillo, la app con la que imprimes tiene muchas funcionalidades y si tienes complicaciones el equipo de soporte ayuda muchísimo. Yo la uso para etiquetar mis productos y puedes imprimir muchas etiquetas en segundos! La recomiendo

Best purchase ever!!! Wish I would have bought it years ago. I use it daily for shipping out items I sell. And I also LOVE that you can print many sizes and shapes of labels! Perfect for organizing your pantry or labeling canning jars! Highly recommend this! Very nice quality!!!

La impresora sirve perfecto, funciona sin problemas y el tamaño la hace semi-portatil. Digo semi porque se puede meter a una mochila fácilmente pero no es como que se pueda meter al bolso de una chamarra grande. La aplicación es fácil de instalar y aunque sincronizarla no es lo mas rápido del mundo, me parece sobresaliente comparado con el estándar de la tecnología genérica. La aplicación es muy fácil de usar e intuitiva, se pueden adaptar otros tipos de formatos al de las etiquetas muy fácilmente.

I’m so angry at myself for buying this. After doing a little research (Now I wish I’d done more) and saving up for months, it turns out this printer is a total dud. I’d put it up in a yard sale but I feel too bad for whoever would end up buying it.Do you have the patience of a saint and the temperament of a sleeping koi fish? If so, I have a free label printer I can send you.Things to know before you buy:First, absolutely purchase a shipping label printer that houses the labels inside of it. Otherwise, you have a stack of labels sitting out that get wrinkled, dusty, and take up space.Yes, you could purchase a separate label holder; but why? Once you realize you must place the stack of labels a specific distance away from the printer for it to feed properly, in a delicate dance of impossible demands, you’ll wish you’d purchased something else.Second, this printer simply doesn’t successfully print labels very often.It has about 20 different error lights and messages, yet only 2 help videos — that aren’t helpful because they don’t actually solve any technical issues…The paper is loaded and prints halfway when suddenly printer doesn’t detect paper… The indicator light blinks red red, blue once, purple six times… The paper is detected but the angle is one eighth of a degree off… The printer decided it’s mad at you for placing it next to the shredder (it likes your phone dock better) and this high-maintenance mess is vengeful.About 1 out of every 50 times attempts results in a printed label. And yes, that means 49 wasted, partially printed labels. And likely an hour of your life lost to anger, regret, and questioning how all the innovation of modern society could add up to such mind-numbing waste.The power cord is huge, clunky, and old tech.This product is supposed to make life easier yet it’s so frustrating that it makes life significantly harder. It gets one star for looking nice; it’s only redeeming quality.The app is pretty functional and easy to navigate. The bluetooth connectivity is solid. And, if the thing would actually print something, there might be a chance it doesn’t end up in the dump.The world is full of beautiful things. Sadly, this isn’t one of them.

Got this for my business, and I don’t know why never got it sooner! I use stickers for cups and boxes, and they add up fast! But with this the stickers are less than $10 for 750-1,000! They print amazing! The ink looks nice. It’s easy to set up and use. The Bluetooth works great. I love that I can use this for anything, big or small! It’s small, so it’s easy to take with you wherever you need it. I can’t wait to try new things with this! If you have a small business this is an amazing product! Worth the investment it will save you a ton in the future!

This is my first thermal printer and it has been an absolute ease to learn to use. Wireless connects to my phone and prints beautifully. The best product for the money. They could charge more honestly. The size is so much smaller than a full size printer. It takes up little space. Works perfect with PayPal and pirate ship. It’s perfect. You can’t go wrong with this. Quickly arrived with prime.

Love this printer for our small business! Extremely easy to operate with the app! Easy to customize and prints quickly. I especially love that it is reasonably priced. This is worth the value! Bonus… I ust found out I can print from my laptop using Word documents. This will be helpful for those labels that require lots of info! I have been using it for about 10 months and have had zero issues!

Got the Phomemo printer on a lightening deal of some sort and the price was really attractive, compared to similarly spec'ed printers. Seems like they have a coupon if you end up buying at "full price".It's small size, good printing quality and speed, make it a great tool for label printing. I am an occasional label printer and do not use the printer for heavy duty business purposes.The only real comment I have and the reason that I am rating it at four vs. five starts is the fact that printing out of Win11 using BT does not work natively and requires using an app. I suspect all similar printers work the same, but I was a little disappointed to learn this. For this reason I listed "Easy to use" and "Easy to install" at four stars.Printer came with only few labels, which printed well. Tried to print on labels I had at home, without success. Will need to purchase new labels.Altogether, very nice printer
