We wanted to replace the original doorbell that came with our 30-year-old condo - it was too loud. This one had all we needed, two rings and adjustable volume. Although pairing instructions came with it, it had been factory paired, so all I had to do was attach the button to the door frame and hang the bell unit. The only difficult part was capping all the original wires. I use two drywall anchors to support the bell and that was it. We have it on the lowest volume and it works perfectly. There are alternative units with lots of different ring patterns but if all you need is a doorbell - this is it.

Super easy to use. Great addition to our small condo and much cheaper and easier than installing a ‘real’ doorbell. Our condo is small but you can hear it throughout the entire condo.

Great alternative to a powered door bell. My powered doorbell bit the dust. This doorbell works great. Good range and volume. Very easy setup. It’s a plus not taking up a space on the receptacle. Also, if I have the stereo on the light alert is convenient. I attached the outside button with screws so I can’t comment on installation with the two sided tape. Very economical solution for a doorbell.

Very nice load and easy to install. U can either use double edge tape to tape it on the outside close to the door or if you’re handy with a screw gun you can be more professional lol. And then plus it in your house or apartment set the ringtone and the volume and your all set all can be done in 5 minutes for all the single ladies who don’t need a man this perfect for you lol

This is the type of simple 2 ring tone doorbell with an adjustment volume button just under the doorbell unit. I set it to the traditional 'ding dong' tone and can put it where ever I want. I have been looking for a narrow enough push button to put on my narrow door frame of 1 inch, and this is by far the narrowest I can find. One thing I have to comment is that the product advertised mentioned the size of the doorbell but NOT the pushbutton so I had to take the chance. Since it mentions the push button uses a CR2032 button battery so I estimated that the pushbutton should be just a little bit wider than than it.
