This helmet is fantastic for my big head. It rests comfortably on my head and I wear it for hours at a time. As other reviews have mentioned it can seem confusing to adjust when it's new. I experienced the same frustration but learned each adjustment is actually easy to make once you know how the connections work. Those adjustments allow it to fit your head snugly and comfortably. My previous helmets rubbed against my forehead, this helmet is way more comfortable than those. The hearing protection is superior to the other hearing protectors I have. Those hearing protectors have a place to fold into the helmet and can easily be moved out of the way. The helmet allows for sweating and air flow and is easy to remove once I learned how to undo the simple chin strap fastener. In summation, when I first started adjusting it I thought I might return it but tried it and will gladly keep it now. It's protective and comfortable at the same time. I can highly recommend it from user experience.

If you have a small or medium head this is absolutely your helmet! Large, maybe not so much. Measure twice, buy once, you'll be happy you did
