Great product! Works amazingly my cats love it! Fairly easy to set up, it comes with four or five filters for the water and once those run out you’ll have to buy more, I would recommend this. Great purchase.

I don’t know about your fur babies, but mine are very picky. They will sit at the bathroom door and scream till they get the water turned on in the bathtub. I can’t tell you how many fountains I’ve bought over the years, either they quit working after just a few months or my cats won’t give it the time of day. And then this came along! I have two now. One of my cats likes the bubblier, the other loves the stream. It’s the closest thing I’ve found that compares to water coming out of a faucet. So now I don’t have to listen to the crying to get into the bathroom!! We have very hard water, every single fountain I have bought will collect grime and feel slimy if you feel the bowl the water flows in to. Not this. I guess it’s the filter, I’ve had these for a few months now and they haven’t turned grimy at all. In fact they are still perfectly clean like the day I got them. Just yesterday I checked out the filter and it was NASTY!! So it does its job. The water coming out is completely clean and fresh, I would have never known that filter was gross. So I took it apart and cleaned it. It took less than 10 mins to clean all the parts. I also love that they give you a few extra filters so you don’t have to worry about buying them right away. Easiest fountain I’ve cleaned. It’s a great size. I couldn’t be happier. One more thing, you can hear it, but it’s very faint. But I don’t mind, it’s very calming. It sounds like a super quiet waterfall or river.

First of all, please forgive my poor English. We have three cats and have purchased more than 10 water fountains of various models. This one is by far my favorite and I love it. It is quiet, holds plenty of water and is very functional. The best part is that the design is simple and easy to clean. However, I recently discovered that a black sludge was coming out of the nozzle where the water comes out. I wash it every five days with a small brush and a toothpick, but I find that the structure of the nozzle prevents me from washing it properly. Other than that, this is a great product and I would love to see the nozzle improved.

Perfect. Truly quiet. Easy to assemble. Easy to clean. Comes with extra filter pads. Much better than my old one. My cats adopted it instantly. Almost makes me want to drink in it ;)

Update 1 week later:I kept this running a week and added purified water each day. Last night I cleaned it and inspected everything. There was 2 small patches of mold on the filter. When looking at the water in the tank, there was a film floating on the top. I know that no cat fountain is perfect so I didn't expect it to be pristine. I'd say this fountain needs to be cleaned multiple times a week and the filters replaced probably 2 or 3 times a week. I'm okay with this, it didn't take long to clean (maybe 10 mine) and it gives my cat flowing water instead of the tub. If you're expecting a more hands-off fountain, this isn't for you.-------I've tried a few fountains, the last being the Catit. There was always something my cats didn't like. Flow, height, color, spigot etc. This one it took not even a day and my cat took to it. It's super quiet and easy to put together. Cleaning instructions seem pretty standard for the pump, but cleaning and assembling the base is much faster than other brands. The spigot is decently tall and very similar to a small faucet which my cat prefers.

Wir hatten den Trinkbrunnen nun 6 Monate in Gebrauch und leider ist er nun immer wieder undicht und funktioniert nicht mehr richtig. Zunächst war ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Gerät und meine Katze hat auch gerne daraus getrunken. Zudem ist er sehr schwer zu reinigen bzw. setzt sich den Rändern Dreck an, der sich nicht mehr gut entfernen lässt. Das ist sehr schade. Ich würde dieses Produkt nicht noch mal kaufen.

La fontaine est silencieuse,très jolie et montage facile avec le fascicule. Mon chaton de 3 mois arrive à boire. Très satisfaite.
