This unit was very easy to put together and get functioning. The first thing I noticed was the unit was silent while running. Compared to the last cat fountain I had, this unit is heaven.

One of my cats adapted to this fountain right away. He used his paws to tap the water first and then learned to drink directly from it (so cute!). Awaiting the other cat to give it a try as well. The motor is completely silent as far as I can tell. Only the water splashing makes noise and you can barely hear it, and it's not annoying. I am super noise sensitive and it doesn't bother me so I feel this speaks a lot to how quiet it is. Seems super easy to clean, I like the metal, and basically no assembly was required.

It’s stainless steel it’s easy to clean the size it’s for a big cat not kittens but I like how it functions for 2 cats the water comes out fresh. And the water flow is smooth and fast. The size is huge perfect for 2 cats.

My only complaint is that filter is quite small and only has one filter media in it. No carbon. Would prefer carbon in filter too. Live the stainless steel. Easy to clean holds quite a bit of water and light shows how much is left. Runs quite cats love drinking the flowing water. I have 3 cats and all 3 use it.

I debated between a 4 or 5 rating for this product but I decided that for the money (not expensive) it deserves a 5. I have two miniature Schnauzers, maybe a foot tall, so this "cat" water fountain works fine for them. This is quite an improvement over stagnant bowls of water sitting around. The water is constantly being recirculated. My one complaint is that the window is too small, and the light is not bright enough to see the water level. The concept is great, but you may want to spend a little more and get a fountain with a wider window and brighter light. I have to lift the lid to see the water level and you have to be careful not to spill the water. I've had the product for about 3 months with no problems. Be aware that you will have to clean the fountain every week to 10 days - the instructions say every 2 weeks, but I'd recommend you do it a little more often. When the water flow slows down significantly, it's time to clean it. It comes with a little brush that you should put to good use. Be sure to clean all the tight places where "gunk" can gather. The instructions mention using an "impeller" to open the pump cover. I didn't know what that was but it's just saying to use a straight-head screwdriver to pop open the cover. You will have two filters that will need to be replaced periodically, it's simple to replace them. Keep them and all of the product clean, if you do this you will be doing your pet a favor by giving them fresh, circulating water. It's a great idea; I recommend this product.

Stainless was great for being mold resistant. Bowl size was adequate. However the noise from the T spout was just like having a fountain running in my house. Which. I mean. It’s in the name. It’s a pet FOUNTAIN. They did not lie. I just wish it were much quieter as they advertised.
