Shipping was fast, packaged well, and made real good. Goes from one end of my Quaker Parrot's cage to the other. Makes it easier for him to go from one end to the other. Would definitely order from this seller again.

Bought this for my snake who loves climbing. I thought it would be too small for her when it showed up but she loves it!! She spends all her time perched on top of it. The wood is smooth and the clips are strong.

I got this and made the mistake of not measuring on how I’ll lay it out in my cage and it’s way too big. I’ll have to go back and order a smaller size. But it’ll work great if you just get the correct size in the first place. Don’t be like me🤣

I got the 5 foot version of this ladder and omg is it worth the money! It's very well constructed. It's a shame it's dowels, but it's not a big deal since this item isn't used consistently by my birds.The reason I got it was to give a walk way to the clipped one of my two cockatiels. I didn't have a choice in him being clipped when I got him and am patiently waiting for his wings to grow out. In the mean time I have this ladder connecting their flight cage to a chair near my desk. That way my clipped bird can have some agency.He can use it to get over to me when he feels too nervous to try and flap his way over to me. It gives him a bit of freedom while we wait for his wings to grow back out. I can also disconnect it from the chair and let it sit on the floor giving him a way to climb back up to his cage from the floor as well.

My finches love this hanging ladder. I have both ends attached to either side of the cage and it hangs gracefully in the middle. The structure is ideal for small birds such as finches or parakeets. The large birds shown in the product picture would probably fall off or tear it apart. Take note of the measurements of the product since the product picture is very deceptive. It is not for macaws.

I do recommend this ladder but they tend to destroy it faster than other toys. Did not last but a few minutes. However I have a happy bird so I will probably buy it a few more times.

Works great! I have 6 budgies and I strung the ladder across the two cages so they can walk across. At first they were scared of it but when I put a treat in the middle they walked across perfectly!
