I used this with their .6 ohm resistance ignition coil in my 6 volt 1952 Buick Special. Starting improved and acceleration is greatly improved. No issues with install in factory cap aside from shortening the wires from the cap to the coil (plenty long, just wanted it to look a bit cleaner instead of taping up the wires). Have only had it in a few weeks now but made my longest trip so far (hour each way) with no issues and cruising up to 75MPH for most of the trip. Overall, I would definitely recommend it.

The first time I drove my "new" 1937 Buick it got towed home. The culprit was a burned set of ignition points. I didn't want to modify the car, but wanted it to be reliable. The Pertronix electronic ignition solved the problem. 15 minutes to install. 1200 miles later and never a problem. I can go back to original just as quickly. A definite BUY.
