This is my second purchase of the Pertronix electronic ignition. It works great on my 1962 International Scout, just like it does on my 1956 Ford tractor. Both run excellent and start almost as soon as you turn the key. I can't see anyone being disappointed with this set up.

Arrived dead on arrival - after I had cut the wire on my previous points ignition.Instructions are horrible. Video on YouTube made by another company was good:

This was one of the easiest upgrades for a Scout 80. I would suggest searching on Youtube for "Scout 80 Pertronix" there is a great instructional video to assist.
