Purchased the replacement Pergola Shade Cover for the 10x13 frame. Received the canopy but did not receive a rain cover replacement as pictured.

This cover was easy to install and is ascetically pleasing. I installed by myself and it took an hour max. I’d recommend!

Excellent cover. I left the last one out year round and it lasted over three years. I plan to bring this one in this week before the snow starts here.

Easy to set up but I’ve been frustrated with how it holds water in the folds, so it gets really dirty and smelly and almost impossible to get all the water out.

It’s wider than is should by 7” or 8” and shorter than it should by at least another 8”. It is not reaching end to end and can’t use the loops to attach it correctly on both sides.It is sagging so much between rods that when it rains it holds all the water. Don’t let the pictures fool you, there is NO cover over for side where when folded, would protect from getting rain in the folds, (which was the reason I bought this particular one). Further more, it is nowhere close to the thickness or the quality of the original which lasted 4 years in the Arizona heat, blasting sun, through monsoon winds & rainstorms, open year round, and there is no hanging handle to pull open and close.Even in April you can still feel the sun when you are directly under it and it’s not even summer yet. I WOULD RETURN but after spending over an hour and a half putting it on the 8’ tall pergola alone as a 5’5” person, I am not going through the trouble taking it apart -which is probably what the sellers COUNT on. It is definitely NOT worth the $85 (plus tax) spent. I am sure I will be replacing after summer as I can’t see this lasting more than a few months in Arizona. Super disappointed.

I was delighted to find this pergola cover replacement for our existing pergola (which we bought from Bunnings in Australia) several years ago. The old cover was well worn and starting to tear and I was very happy to find this was an exact fit for this model pergola. The cover looks as good as the old one so should last for ages. We have erected a narrow solid roof over it, for protection when it’s open and folded back, otherwise rain gets in and damages it in between the folds, which is what happened to our old cover.

I really love the strength of this shade material. We are in the process of building the pergola and we designed it to make sure the shade material would retract for sun when I want to just lay out. I see this in going to be spot on and it should handle the rain and Florida sun for quite awhile. But it will be completely removed for storms or hurricane weather. The price is wonderful for the quality material. Two 👍 👍up!!

Be aware that this product is a replacement cover for an existing pergola and does not include any hardware at all. It is a reasonably good polyethylene UV resistant sun protective fabric in a 10' x 13' size, but the stitching and seams are not as good quality as other similar products I have inspected, and the elastic loops intended for securing the poles through the canopy strike me as a point of rapid failure for the product.You will need to purchase some sort of mounting hardware kit to install this canopy. The seller makes such a kit, including a full pergola. (The mounting tracks on the overhead pergola slats work somewhat akin to tracks for a sliding barn door.) I will use this shade sail to shade a small back deck on my home, and the ability to extend or retract the canopy like a "Roman shade" (with my own "jerry-rigged" system...) will be useful in that location. I do feel that the product is a bit overpriced for its quality and lack of any hardware at all.

This a great replacement cover. The sun wears through them quick so need to replace every couple of years. Easy to install.
