Took us 3 to get 1 good one and that was still by mixing pieces from 2nd and 3rd. First one had two main supports damaged because it’s a heavy box and there is no package protection on the edges so if it gets dropped or set on its edge the thin metal pieces will dent. If they can figure out how to package it better, I would have had no complaints.Once we had all the parts whole, it was easy to get set up and works great! A hassle to get everything but happy with the end result.

I just bought this a weeks. Ago , installed yesterday, it was very easy to install but u need a helper, when it builds it looks very Beautiful , it worth , my wife is very happy with this pergola and the size is perfect for me. I wll recommend it.thank

The product was well packed, all the materials were wrapped perfectly and there was no damage. It was easy to install and had no issues in following the instructions provided. we used it for our concrete patio and it fitted the best.It provides ample shade and protection from the sun allowing you to enjoy outdoor even on sunny days and it elevated the look of my patio.Highly recommend this product - best quality at affordable price.

Took me less than three hours to put the frame together and in place. Took much MUCH LONGER to get that silly sunshade together and installed. 😂 But now that I have done it correctly, I think it should be less than an hour.I did most of the work by myself, I had my 14 year old help me move the frame from the open grass onto my patio. It’s light but cumbersome for one person.Used planters and rocks to keep the posts in place—I may actually drill into the patio and get rid of the planters, but that should be easy.Very easy to understand instructions for the most part. Four upright posts, four spanning beams, three rails for what amounts to curtain rods for the fabric sunshade. A long screw for one end of the middle curtain rod to hold a curtain glider/runner in place, and a metal bracket and magnets to hold the curtain open when fully extended on the other end (for whatever reason, my brain kept thinking those were reversed—when I finally figured it out it was dark outside, took five minutes the next day to fix). Remember the fabric pull handle will pull toward the magnets/bracket!I did this on a Saturday; Sunday morning was easy…like Sunday mornings should be. 👍

I just received this pergola in the mail yesterday. It shipped fast and was nicely packaged, besides the box being beat up a little but that could've happened in transit. I'm not able to put this together until next week due to some landscaping being done but I went ahead and opened the package to make sure all the pieces were there, they were! The only downside is that there was one large piece that has a small dent in it (pictured). I don't think it will affect how it goes together or the structure of it, the piece looks otherwise straight. I'll update next week when I have it together. The color is a gunmetal gray and shade screen, a nice brown color. Overall seems to be well constructed for the price, the metal is lightweight but not enough to be worried about sturdiness. If it goes up well, even with the small dent, I plan to anchor it down with some cement in planters. I definitely think it will look great if all goes well. Definitely worth the price!
