Nice consistency, rolls on easily with good coverage. We were a little bothered by the fact that the product label directs you to the manufacturer's website for application instructions, and on their website it states every gallon ships with the PerfectCleaner, a special cleaner needed to prep the surface before painting. As it turns out, you don't actually get the cleaning solution if you order from Amazon. Not a big deal, you can buy a TSP-substitute to do the same thing at any Lowes or Home Depot, it just didn't include that little bit of information on their website. However, if you go back to the description here that information is specified so we didn't dock it any stars. It is pricey but still saved us a lot of time and expense in the long run so we would recommend this product.

So happy with how it turned outI put a paper bag floor over the primer and I'll epoxy coat that . So happy I'll be doing a few more rooms

This product is fantastic. We had Black Mastic on our concrete floors that contained asbestos. I coated with Perfect Primer, via a roller, the coating went on without any effort and completely covered the mastic. It dries fast and it really toothed into the surface. So pleased Highly Recommend!!! If I could give it 10 stars I would.

My house was built in the early 1950’s. Didn’t find out I had asbestos tiles under the flooring until we had a wall leak from heavy rains and had to pull up the floor. This product arrived fast. Drys fast. Looks good. Will paint over this too. Note: The instructions say to do 2 coats. I don’t know the measurements of this basement space, but it almost took the whole bucket. I have maybe 1/4 left, so if you have a large space you might want to buy extra for the 2 coats.

It works, and arrived somewhat quickly. It is overpriced for what it is though. Keep in mind this primer stays sticky even when dry. If you're doing a floor, use socks on it until you're ready for paint to finish encapsulation.

At $269 it feels like a scam using this to paint asbestos tile floors but was pretty much our only option when it came to properly encapsulating those tiles. Worth the money with awful asbestos can be.

Did exactly what the manufacturer said it would do. Good coverage and easy to apply. Sealed the floor and created even surface. So happy with this product
