Unsere Fugen haben bei der Haussanierung ganz schön gelitten. Von dem eigentlichen Schwarzton war nichts mehr zu sehen, hell und matt, es sah einfach ungepflegt aus.Ich hab das Produkt bestellt und gestern Abend getestet.Beim Aufmachen hat sich leider ein größerer, trockener Propf gebildet. Nach dem Entfernen ließ es sich dann allerdings kinderleicht auftragen und verteilen !Nach kurzer Zeit konnten die Überreste schon gut mit einem nassen Schwamm und Küchenrolle entfernt werden, ohne dass das Produkt wieder von der Fuge entfernt wurde.Ich hab es über Nacht Trocknen lassen und erst am anderen Tag gewischt.Durch das grobe Entfernen der Reste ging die Reinigung sehr zügig. Aber die Fliesen verzeihen auch, wenn man etwas nachlässiger vorgereinigt hat. Alles geht super weg.Von der Haltbarkeit kann ich leider noch nichts sagen, aber ich werde die andere Hälfte der Küche nun auch damit machen.Anbei ein Nachher-Foto

Here's how my repair went (it went badly!):Comes in a squeeze tub as if you will be able to easily squeeze it out. I cut a small hole at the tip and squeezed as hard as I could...nothing came out. So I cut the hole bigger and squeezed as hard as I could...still nothing. So I cut the hole bigger and repeated this process 3 more times. Eventually the hole was quite large, probably 3 times larger than the grout line I'm trying to repair and I'm just barely getting small clumps of this grout to come out. I have good grip strength, I 'open' all the jars in our household. My hands were exhausted after this and I only successfully completed repair of one 12 inch long grout line and about 12 inches against the door threshold.- Total time spent was about 20 minutes on 24 inches of grout line repair because of the whole squeezing debacle.- About 10% of the grout was transferred successfully from tube directly into the grout line, remaining 90% I had to push in using my finger or the applicator.Maybe mine was faulty, maybe the consistency had dried up? My tube was never going to be squeezed into grout lines, absolute fail.Also the black color was very dark, I thought it would be okay but I probably should have gone with a dark grey to match my slate style tile flooring.Hope you have squeeze strength like the incredible hulk!

Not as easy as I hoped but good price and outcome. I ended up handpainting it on. Lots of work with the finish. Looks great.

I needed a more flexible grout to repair joint between tile and wood floor. Previous repairs with grout did not seem to last. Pental grout was easy to grout and level. color match was excellent. Time will tell if it lasting although it is flexible and should allow for traffic.

This stuff is amazing. It’s easy to apply, I just used my gloves hands opposed to the tool included. Our old house is just that- old and worn. Our tile was crusty, stained and nothing helped. Our before photo is after calling in a professional steam cleaning service and it was still so ugly and dirty looking. After using this product our floors look so much better!

Decided to redo my bathroom tile grout after a red nail polish incident. First I tried a white grout pen. One pen did not finish it, and it was going to need a second coat, probably 3 pens total. I got this instead of buying more pens. Way way better. Better results, cheaper, and more time efficient. I didn’t need to put any tape down. It wiped off the tile with a dry rag just fine. The spatula thing wasnt very helpful for me because my floor is uneven and the small tiles made more corners. I used my finger to spread it through the grout. Would recommend over grout pens for sure!!

You need a super steady hand or a lot of patience. But it worked for us while getting our house ready to sell. Just buy some scrigit tools to scrap off the sides.if you’re messy.

I had a 4" section of black grout that broke away from the tile. Local chain hardware store only sold 5lb. bags of white grout that you had to add color. This product did the trick. The color was correct. The application was easy, even in a difficult location. The included hand tool allowed me to blend the new grout into the existing grout. Too bad the local chain hardware stores don't stock this product. I am sure many households have small grout repairs that don't require a 5 lb. bag of grout.

The grout in my master bathroom shower was much lighter than I expected. I didn't like the look so I tried this product. It worked great! It looks much better now. It was a very tedious process, but worth it.

This product has unique properties that make it the best option for some situations. An example: I had tiled a small backsplash area behind my range with gloss black tile. I wanted to use a truly black grout. If you read reviews of black grouts, you will find many complaints to the effect that the color of the grout is not really black, but is more of a charcoal gray. Manufacturer's responses to these complaints are typically that black is the most difficult color of grout to achieve in practice, because the process of washing the grout off the tile tends to remove pigment from the grout.I don't like the process of grouting anyway, and this business of it being difficult to maintain a true black color had me looking for alternatives. I also very much wanted to avoid buying a 10 or 25 pound bag of grout for my small job.This product is recommended for repair, not for initial grouting. However, I decided to try it for my project.Positive Unique properties: The product comes out of the tube like a thin caulk, but it cures (after a few hours) to a hard, durable surface like regular grout. It is a fine-grained material suitable for use in narrow grout lines. Before it cures, it is easy to clean up with plain water. No odor. Note that the cap on the tube does not seal the tube -- air will fill the tube after you cap it and release it. However, the remaining grout remained fully usable for weeks after I initially opened the tube. All good things, and really impressive.Negative properties: As it comes out of the tube I found that it was not easy to get it to go where I wanted it. It is not as easy to manage as are most regular caulks in that regard, though it has a similar consistency. Also, once you have initially filled a gap with it, it often opens up "pinholes" in the center of that gap. These are both properties that can respond to correct application techniques, but you have to figure out these techniques yourself, by trial and error.After an initial test application, I moved on to my real grouting job. By the end of the job I had a much better control of the process than when I started, but I still wasn't completely happy with the way the grout went down. It took me a lot longer to use this product than regular grout would have. However, the job turned out reasonably well, and overall I am happy. I'm really glad not to have a huge amount of grout left over!One other note: the tube that the product comes in is made of tough plastic and is difficult to squeeze for someone with arthritic hands like myself. As shown in the included photo, I modified a Gill Mechanical "Tube-Wringer" with screws and wingnuts so that I could apply a major squeeze to the tube without using my hands. When adjusted correctly, I could then dispense the grout using only a small additional squeeze from my hands.
