We loved the ease of use of this great product. Premixed- easy to level . However, we have run into a problem with this grout discoloring- showing a white haze- which detracts from the beauty of the tile patio . Perhaps someone can suggest a fix for this problem. If it wasn't for this issue: this would be a 5 star product. Not cheap, but worth every penny.

Tips I learned from YouTube: Only use about 90% of the sand so it will flow more easily. Good advice. HOWEVER, I waited just a wee bit too long to do the first wash which made it harder to get up, but I did get there. I've done a lot of regular modified mortar but this was my first epoxy owing to doing a shower. While this is expensive as heck, it sure won't interact with anything or develop mold or need to be sealed. And that was the goal. Also, it didn't go as far as I had expected, but I was doing small hex tiles so I should have seen that coming -- lots of grout lines. Overall, I would recommend this product highly. Just not the cost and the long shipping time (nope not going to pay another $70 to expedite).
