I was afraid I would have to throw away my Rocean water filter when they were discontinued. But they are back and I’m able to use it again. My Rocean water filter is indispensable in a town that has bad tasting water. Thanks for continuing to sell this!

I loved this system. The water where I live is disgusting and it makes the water taste delicious. HOWEVER, these are in high demand and aren't always in stock. Also, the first replacement we got didn't have the instructions on how to get rid of the orange light, so I've attached them here. This way you won't have to deal with a red light for months like I did. (I checked the Pentair Rocean website and came up with nothing about a reset and Google didn't seem to have an answer either).Tl;DR this filter is great, I love the system, pic attached of instructions to go into 'filter replacement mode'

Love this water filter. Gave it only 3 stars because it's impossible to find the replacement filters. I'm due for a new replacement filter now, do I have replace the entire unit because I can't find filters? So frustrating.

I ordered this in 2022 and have been impatiently waiting for replacement filters. I will say that even after a year of use, the water still tasted great! Replacements finally became available and I ordered 2 but when I received them, there were no instructions, even on the Pentair website or Google. Very thankful for a previous customer review who posted the instructions. They were simple and my machine is working flawless.

I prushcased the system in November 2022. The filter started the flash for a replacement warning in July 2023. I used the filter everyday for cooking and drinking water.I noticed the filters are sometimes hard to come by since they are not always in stock. I made sure to buy 2 filters to ensure I have a back up when I need a replacement.Water taste great.

We bought this system 6 months ago. We were delighted at how well the water tasted. When it came time to replace the filter, we noticed right away the water did not taste as good with the 50 dollar replacement filter. No matter how many times we flushed the water through, or even went through the entire changing process again, the water still tastes no better than the tap from the faucet. I have notified customer support and hope they get back to me with some answers.UPDATE: Since this review customer service has not gotten back to me. They don't answer emails.BEWARE
