I bought these thinking awesome - a company has figured out how to copycat black burley filters. Wrong. I did a lot after test and the water through these filters are just as good as tap water if not worse. The PPM is reading as either more particulates or the same as the tap water: COMPLETELY useless. They do not filter. I am upset I wasn’t able to return these because I finally opened them not too long ago when I bought them forever ago.Also to note - they have a disclaimer stating that they basically do nothing to the PPM in your water, that they somehow assist with the taste. Well, idk about you but I sure as heck am not downing 154 PPM water that has God only knows what chemicals, metals, and garbage in it.I’ll stick to Costco bottled water at 16PPM, with possible melted plastic, thank you.

I have had these filters for nearly a year now and they are just as good as the day I purchased them. We have very hard water, that seems to affect appliances and such, but it's no match for these filters. Long life, great tasting water, fits perfectly in my Berkey. Great value for the money. Extremely happy with this purchase and would purchase again when these finally wear out.
