I decided on theses because orthotics were making it difficult to get my foot into a shoe. These go under my instep and are great arch supports. Now there’s nothing under my heel, and my foot sits securely in the show.

These work great: good arch support, stay in place, very durable. (I have noticed that with one particular pair of socks I have though, that they can sometimes make a weird noise.)

These are perfect. I made my first arch supports by hand over a decade ago from paper towels folded over and wrapped in plastic tape. They lasted me about 3 years and I made another set. A rectangle a little smaller than a pack of cigarette's, but a quarter the thickness. These would form to my arch so they were uncomfortable for a few days. But they always stayed in place. Just tuck them in before you put your heal in.The Pedag works perfectly and I don't have to make them myself. I have all 4 sizes and use all 4 sizes. Largest in slippers with no arch down to smallest in shoes with largest faux-arch.Slide them in before putting your heal in and you don't even think about them all day. The adhesive is silly. You don't need it to work. Just like my home-made ones, just slide them in and they stay.Make sure you use the right size per the shoe and the foot. I found with one pair of shoes I needed to mix the two sizes with my left being smaller than the right Pedag. I figured this out because my left ankle started hurting the first day I used them and since the pain was on the outside, I could tell the arch was rolling my ankle too far over.Your own arches may not be the same size and matching shoes might not have the same shape, especially after use. Know these things when trying them out. If you use the right sizes in each foot your heel, ankle and/or back pain will go away.

I agreed with many customers that it is a wonderful product. Absolutely agreed with By Tara's review on June 24, 2013, one of the best product.I have a high arch, no pain or problem, just want to fill the arch gap while waking on a high heels. Out of three other products I tried (cheap silicon once, which need to be washed and reapplied every three days), this is the best! Used in my high hill shoes. Inserts are kept in place, very sturdy. Like color, quality and support. Don't recommend to move them around from shoes to shoes.

When I received mine the sticky part was completely gone and I can't even use them. The one that does work is useless without its par.

I think the quality of these arches are good. The leather feels very nice, and the adhesive has withstood the test of my walking as well as the climate I live in (hot and humid). I think these would be very good in dress shoes, or sandals as they take up minimal space and don't more around once stuck on. However, I have high arches as well as plantar fasciitis, and this did not give enough support. I notice other reviewers with high arches said it worked for them, and I am wondering if it has to do with body weight. I am slightly overweight and perhaps I squished them into submission. Or perhaps they are just more for fallen arches or those with flat feet, as intended and indicated on the packaging.

UPDATE: Since I could not return these, I kept them and used them. Even tho not quite enough for my high arches, I tried to use these as "removable inserts" by not removing the covering on over the sticky that makes them stay in place. Well covering came off and they became permanent, so I kept them & now HAD to use them. Once stuck, they DO NOT BUDGE without considerable effort, which is really a very good thing. After using these every day for an entire week, these are quite comfortable and supportive, but I would prefer them a bit higher. This particular set is not made for high arches, but after I ordered these I did discover Pedag does make these for high arches and will be purchasing once I find them. I felt like my previous review was unfair since these are not advertised for high arches, but I bought them assuming they were.ORGINAL:I have a small foot (ladies 5.5M) but I also have very high arches. Was looking for something to go in loafers, but these did not help me. could not return these, so I am stuck with them.
