The first one I received had been damaged and bent during shipping. So that one had to be returned. It was a long & heavy box, so it was difficult getting it to the UPS store.The second one I received is PERFECT.I'm using it as a sturdy indoor step ladder to reach things on high shelves. If I'm taking down a heavy box of shoes from a high shelf, the painter's tray gives me a handy place to put the box while I climb down the ladder safely with 2 hands.If you need a ladder for interior painting, or for cleaning high places, this one is lightweight and sturdy, plus the price was less than some others that looked the same. For me, this 4 step ladder with tray is a winner!

The perfect ladder for what I needed for indoor and outdoor work. If I use just the third step up I am high enough that my head touches my 8 ft high ceiling so it's perfect when I'm working on my ceiling light fixture wiring. When I'm on the third step up I still have one step in front of me plus the work tray plus the handle that I can hold on to so it feels very stable and secure.The legs are wide enough that it is very stable with the rubber grips on the end of the legs. A favorite feature that I really like is you have platforms to stand on instead of just a narrow ladder rung so my feet are very comfortable all the time I'm using it.Very well made and light enough that I can carry it easily. Definitely a 5 star!

Needed a ladder that would allow me to mount bike pulley system on garbage ceiling. It was perfect. Having handles I could hold for balance made this the perfect ladder. Also, it is easy to carry and easy to close.

This is an excellent ladder!Nice and sturdy, easy to open and close, a very good price, and unlike some other folding ladders, this one is pre-assembled.Just open it up and start using.What I like most of all is that it is taller than many other folding ladders, so it feels safer not having to stand on the top or 2nd from the top step.

As an elderly woman with some balance issues, this is exactly what I need. It leans slightly forward and the sides are easily gripped, whereas regular step ladders tend to pull back if I'm hauling myself up gripping the sides. Another beyond a regular step ladder is how it brings me up to the job without the legs extending a foot or more away from the job, causing me to reach far or turn sideways. It is only a little heavy, but that is a good thing for sturdiness. For the price, if this lasts very long, it's a good deal. I will need to use a brick under the feet or use wider leg caps to keep the feet from pushing into any dirt I use it on. No big.
