Very difficult to assemble. One of the rungs was bent about 3mm less than the other three rungs. Lots of twisting and pressure to start the screws. Amazon help for the product obviously is about a totally different type of ladder. It also suggests reading the instructions which do not exist

Sturdy and well made. This unit was modified to fit a loft bed to give it an industrial look

Ladder is well constructed but the bolts are not good. Cheap metal and the head broke off on one. A real dilemma when you’ve drilled all the holes and can’t get the broken bolt out

Our window well has built in "stairs", but they aren't very practical if one had to climb out. This ladder makes this escape window well easier to use.

Very easy to put together and came with the bolts to anchor. Great product. I climbed out and barely could feel any flex at 265#s.

Easy to assemble and very sturdy. We use this for our basement window well as an emergency exit. It came n different lengths and it has the hooks at top to keep it stable.

I've got 7 egress window wells but the house only had 2 ladders. Found these at what I thought was a very good price. Received the extra ladders fast and assembly was super easy. Everything is up to code now. Highly recommended.
