This concerns the 3-step fiberglass "Jumbo Step"My wife and I aren't comfortable any longer using our light-duty aluminum step stool. The Little Giant model is way sturdier and more stable without being too heavy. Thumbs up.I'll limit the review mostly to dimensions missing from the product description on this page. Measurements below are close but not precise. At the moment the Amazon product page notes "maximum height: 8 feet" under "Product Specifications." That's WAY off the mark.Length, fully collapsed: 43″Height when in use—from floor to top step: 26½–27″Height when in use—from floor to the top of the fully extended vertical support bar: 53½″Ladder width: ~19″"Footprint" when fully opened: 21″ x 33″Step size: 13½″ wide x 8½″ deepThe steps aren't slippery but don't have rubberized or other non-skid surfaces. The bottoms of the step stool's plastic feet also aren't non-skid.Distance from floor to first, second, and top steps: 8½″, 17½″, and 26½″ respectivelyLength of vertical support bar: 26″Size of the plastic feet: 2″ x 3″Dimensions of the tray on the vertical support bar: 4¼″ x 16″I agree with other reviewers — it's annoying how the step stool can unfold partway when it's carried. Easy fix for keeping the legs in place: a short length of (non-elastic) 1½″ "self stick" hook and loop strapping — comes with plastic buckles. See photo.Worked like a charm for this purpose and took less than 5 minutes to put together. There are several brands/widths of that kind of strapping available from Amazon.

love how it folds up, easy to store. Strong and supports my 200lb frame easily. Nice big step platforms. Well worth the money.

Sturdy fiberglass frame with aluminum slip reaistent steps, flip up support, great for getting in and out of our truck camper (with the support down), and using it aroundcl camp. Not too heavy to lift in and out of camper where it lays flat between the walls. Can use it around camp when rolling awning in and out, when tucking in canvas on our pop-up roof while lowering the roof, when hanging lanterns, etc.

I bought this item after the family 30+ rusted out over the years. I wanted something that had at least 3 steps, support when on it and was heavy duty for anyone to use it. It came within 3 days of ordering it, and it was easy to unpack and ready to use. might be a little heavier to carry but the support and feeling to use was great. Hoping it will last 30+ years for me

Let me start out with the bad parts: It's stupid expensive compared to other step ladders and it has an enormous footprint when it's opened up. It takes up more ground space than any step ladder I've ever used. But it has such wonderfully large steps. You can stand sideways on the steps. Or backwards. I've never had a step ladder before I could walk down facing BACKWARDS. Most step ladders make me feel like I'm about to fall over, but I felt totally stable and in control every time I've used it. It feels like walking up and down stairs instead of a ladder.I also love how the hand rail can be left down if I don't need it. The rail is compatible with many Little Giant accessories such as the paint trays and tool bags. I do wish they incorporated magnets into the top rail, like Werner does with their Podium ladders. It's also got a 375 pound maximum capacity, which means it's built super tough.

Little Giant website shows in the product documentation for # 11933 to be 2 foot 2 inches tall yet the Amazon description says 3 foot. We just got the ladder this morning and measured from the floor and it's around 26-27 inches to the top step so it is definitely NOT 3 foot. It is a 3 step for sure but don't expect to be standing on the top step 3 feet off the ground because you'll be just over 2 feet instead. Other than that, the ladder is very sturdy (I'm 6'2" and 270LBS) and it's doesn't move and the wide steps will definitely reduce foot pain from normal narrow ladder steps and make working on it safer. They have done a nice job with this step stool for sure. The front bar is nice especially with the plastic holder for tools and parts but I don't think I would put all my weight on it by any means.

This is a really nice ladder. I see only two things that somewhat bother me.This ladder does not lock when closed or open. So when trying to transport it. It’s a bit awkward if you grab it in the wrong spot it will try to open. The second thing that I am not too amused by is the feet on this ladder. They are just plastic. I setup this ladder on my vinyl plank floor and it was slippery and sliding around. I would prefer a hard rubber for the feet to prevent this.
