I was a little skeptic at first for the thinness of the aluminum shield but once I started using it man, it really works. Nice kicks the heat out forward keeps the cool nights warm recommended 100%.

Works great and the heat is well preserved. One thing to recommend is when you install it, install it on the other side of the knob. I did not do that and within 15 minutes noticed the knob melting. This tells me it works as intended. So I just put it in the other side of the knob and it was perfect.It installed easily, works well, great quality, and looks just fine. It is durable for sure and fits I think all gas heaters.Happy with the investment

I received the Heater Reflector Shield and quickly assembled. Very sharp edges which in my opinion is a hazard. The unit will not engage on my patio heater dome squarely and aims up. It looks very cheap and flimsy when installed. It ruined the whole look of the heater. The other safety issue other than the razor sharp edges, is the fact it reflects some heat to the heater controls and could eventually ruin them. Very unsafe product. Don't other with this product or any others of this type.

Patio heater shield really works, but the heat is so intense it was hard to turn the dial off on my heater. Worth buying it does it’s job just be careful!

So this works well at redirecting the heat that would be wasted where no one is sitting but the size of it makes it hard to use in a windy location as it bent the heat shield on my 2 patio heaters because of the wind - if your location is windy, just keep it off.Maybe consider a less "tall" version?
