These wine corks openers work well easy to start the spiral into the cork pulling out. The cork can be a bit more challenging without having any leverage point like you do with a traditional opener, but these will work in a pinch. Just be careful to not apply too much pressure Which can cause you to swing the wine bottle after the cork releases.
