How to use the wine corkscrew
1.With the sharp cork screw, slowly rotate it a few turns.
2.Using the first pivot point of the double-hinged wine opener, pull out a small section of the cork.

Note:
1.It is possible that a part of the wine opener manual may be a little stiff on the hinge right out of the box, but after opening and closing it several times, it will loosen up nicely.

They seem fine but the description and photo show that I was to receive 4 and instead I only received two. The packaging was missing two of the four wine openers.

Bought the wine keys to use at my restaurant job. Used the wine key on the left once and it would not go straight into bottle as the corkscrew was bending. This is now how it looks and is unusable. Cheap quality and cannot use any of them.

I work in the service industry at a large stadium, and I am opening wine quite frequently. These wine openers stand up to a lot of use.I highly recommend them. I like that it is a multipack.

For slightly more than one dollar each, these are excellent. They open my bottles of wine no problem. I think people complaining are forgetting that they are paying less than five dollars for four corkscrews.
