The Swaitee paper towel holder is a high quality product. It is stylish, easy to clean, and functions great! The base is weighted nicely and the ratchet mechanism is awesome, allowing ease of pulling paper towels off. The clicking sound is highly satisfying! :-D This has quickly become my favorite paper towel holder. Also, the enclosed note from the company owner is a nice touch. I'm considering ordering another one for my other bathroom. I highly recommend!

I bought this to use in the kitchen to match the hardware. The gold color was perfect and looks amazing! I was satisfied with the price. It works well for holding paper towels and pulling them off. It is heavy/sturdy enough to not fall over too easily. Very simple to swap out rolls. Great product!

Sturdy paper towel holder, holds large rolls. This is so convenient to use due to the base being heavy enough to use without moving or tipping over. Easy to clean the surface. We recommend this outstanding product for bathroom, kitchen, garage, craft room or anywhere else you would like to use this convenient product.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 is that the ratchet is not all that stiff. I'm a guy and pull harder than my wife (the tension is fine for her). The paper towel roll spun on the tines the first time but pulling outward on them just a bit solved that issue. Good product. Base is solid.

I received the product in a timely fashion and the box was not damaged. I was surprised that I still had to assemble it (I thought it came as one piece), but you screw the spool part onto the base. I wasn’t sure if I received a completely new product as there were what appeared to be water stains on the base of the paper towel holder, but I wiped it and the spool down with a Lysol wipe. The finish is stunning and not as depicted in the online photos. It is a satin gold finish which is not orangey nor too yellow; very classy. A large Bounty brand roll and a large Costco roll will also fit on this holder. It is easy to tear a sheet off, as the spool has some sort of ratcheting mechanism. Worth the cost.

First of all, it was easy to open the package. It wasn't shrinkwrapped or clamshell. It came in 2 pieces with clear instructions. Assembled in 1-2 minutes. Weighted bottom and felt friction pad keeps it stable on the counter. Ratchet works as claimed, for 1 hand tearing the towels. It works!

I have had a handful of countertop paper towel holders due to the multiple versions of kitchen styles throughout the years, but this is by far the best one that I have owned.The base is heavy and sturdy so when I pull the paper towels the holder does not shift or tip over while allowing me to use just one hand. The matte black style fits in nicely with the rest of my kitchen decor, but is subtle enough to not become a focal point.The item came with a nicely typed letter from the company’s owner which is always a nice touch.My only complaint at the moment is that this company does not have more kitchen accessories for me to buy because this is definitely good quality at a great price :)

I’ve gone through so many paper towel holders & have hated them all. Until now. I LOVE this purchase. Its so easy to tear off one handed while the rest of the roll stays in place. Genius! It has a heavy base & the black matte color matches my kitchen pulls. I did not realize this was a small business purchase & nothing gives me greater pleasure than supporting small businesses. First time buying a paper towel holder like this. I really like the design. The product is heavy, sturdy and well built. Honestly it's a great value for the price. The company does a great job introducing who they are as well. My only advice for them (and this isn't enough to take a star off, still 5/5 for me) is to add more info in the manual on how to tighten the ratchet. I may have missed that though, I've been wrong before!

We just bought a home and had the kitchen redone with gold hardware for the cabinets. I bought this to use in the kitchen to match the hardware. The gold color was perfect!
