I really love this paper towel holder that goes under the cabinet. The only reason I didn't give it a fifth star is because once installed, the role is not parallel to the bottom of the cabinet. It hangs down at an angle a little bit. The visual is annoying, but the function is 100% exactly what I wanted. It has just enough tension to hold the paper towels in place for an easy tear, but also spins easily enough to pull them out. Really good design that way.We tried bending the metal paper towel arm up before and after installation, but it didn't give. The bar with the roller on it remained sloping down towards the counter. If that doesn't bother you, this will be the perfect towel holder for you.

After several months of use, it's still working great. I chose to attach it under a kitchen cabinet with the provided adhesive strip (though you could attach it with the provided screws). I thoroughly cleaned the area under the cabinet with isopropyl alcohol first. The adhesion is stil extremely good after a few months of vigorous use. As far as appearance, it's plain black and unobtrusive, which is exactly what I wanted. The tension provided by the "damping effect" is perfect for me as well. Very happy customer here.

Works great! With This Paper towel holder, you can put it up with 3m sticky that comes with it, and also comes with screws if you wanted to mount. Also came with 2 hooks with 3m backs as well. Paper towel roll holds great and is very sturdy. Grap with one hand and rip that's all.

It's always nice to be able to grab a single paper towel with one hand, without the whole roll unraveling. I always buy paper towel rolls that allow you to tear off a rectangular sheet; known as select-a-size, pick-a-size, and tear a square, depending on the brand.For this, the paper towel holder needs some resistance to turning built in. This one has it. It also is designed to compresses a bit when you slide on a roll of paper towels, so that helps with preventing it from unrolling too easily.Another nice feature is that it came with both adhesive on the mounting plate and holes for mounting it with screws. I don't trust the adhesive alone, so I mounted it with screws for easier removal in the future.The advertising photos for the "Silver" color option show that the roller mechanism is made of 304 stainless steel and that it consists of five layers, including an outer "Baking Finish Layer". This is odd because stainless steel is inherently anti-corrosive, so it doesn't need five layers. Regardless, the finish looks good.This holder works well under a kitchen cabinet and is easily attached with screws.As long as it performs its intended function of dispensing paper towels when pulled using one hand, I'll be happy.

Sturdy and easy install—adhesive works perfectly! I didn’t want to drill holes under my kitchen cabinet but screws are an option if needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a sleek, no-drill option.

A very functional holder that works great and looks good. The spring rods auto-adjust to accommodate almost any size roll and holds the roll regardless of holder orientation - even upside down. There is sufficient rotational resistance when pulling off a sheet without getting more paper than needed, and keeps the paper from unrolling on its own. I mounted the holder on the side of a wall cabinet but was worried the included screws might be too long and pop through the inside wall, so substituted 1/2" pan head screws with black coated heads. - Sturdy and looks great! It would have been nice to also have an oil-rubbed bronze finish option but very happy with the purchase.

This is perfect for any towel holder. When you pull out a sheet, it perfectly stops so you sacrifice easily tear a sheet off or slowly pull more for additional sheets. Well designed.The stick pads are permanent so plan carefully before using these. I tried taking one off the sticky pads and ended up warping the metal beyond repair and I couldn't get all the sticky stuff off the bottom off my counter. But I was replacing one of the old designs which only had a straight rod so I covered the half torn off sticky with a new one. One thing is for sure is that you'll never have to worry about the holder falling off if you use the sticky pads. It's on there for life regardless of how hard you pull on it! This says it's from China on the box. It is very well made.
