About e0 seconds to put it together and I had my towels held in place without falling all over the counter. It's properly weighted and trim in size to work perfectly in my smaller kitchen. Great item, great pdice!!

I never thought I would be so excited and raving about a PT holder, but this was a great purchase!It has a sleek and simple look that holds PT on a slightly raised, sturdy base, while being lightweight. 100% hands-free tearing (without base moving) which was my #1 function requirement/need, and manages to prevent any excess slippage of the roll. Great value for the cost.Highly recommend.
