Our last shredder died. It was not as powerful as this model. We tend to save our documents to shred and do them at once. The power of this machine makes it easy. Many shredders will have a sheet count in the documentation but fail when I have tried to shred the max limit. This shredder really can shred 18 sheets at once. I don't have to do it often, but it is nice to know if I am in a hurry it will perform as advertised.

I have had this shredder for a few months now and I use it almost everyday. The first day I had an entire box to shred and it kept going and going. Never overheating like other shredders do. I am so happy that I bought this one. I also bought bags to put in the trash bin part of it and love that. love that the trash can just pulls out, no lifting the shredder part off the top. It hold a lot too which is very nice. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a good shredder. (Small office user)

I ordered this shredder to replace my old Bonsaii shredder (5 years old). I wanted a larger capacity shredder so after reading reviews decided to try this one. Amazon shipped the factory box in a box so shredder arrived in good nick. It is definitely quieter than my old shredder and works great. Paper feed is a little slower than my old 1bonsaii but not enough to bother me. I do not attempt to shred up to 18 sheets and usually deal with only 1-3 sheets at time for junk mail. Clear window on the bin is handy to see when its getting full and even has a cool blue light inside to see bin contents. Wheels are nice to move it around but note this unit is top heavy so be careful rolling around carpet. Hopefully this one will last at leasta s long as my old shredder so time will tell.

The shredder operates quietly, and will shred a ton of paper! It also does credit cards, CDs, etc. The sad part of things has to do with the power switch on the front of the unit. This would be it's Achilles heel. I used it for a month and a half and that was over a month and a half ago. The center switch on the front control panel just collapsed into the machine. This is of course rendered it inoperative. And I have purchased two of these, the other one is being used off site, and has exhibited similar issues. What is so disappointing is this company was on the cusp of a really good product but they dropped the ball with a 20 cent switch they can't stand the test of time. I have tried to contact them to see about getting a remedy for this, but have heard nothing back. So I'm sorry I have to give it one star for non-existent customer support, a warranty that doesn't cover anything since they don't get back with you. And a switch setup that is horribly inefficient, insubstantial, and definitely not up to the task. As that power switch on the front of the machine must be pushed each time you want to run it. As you can see that is a little hard to do. So I'm placing this and they do not buy category. Perhaps someday the company will reimagine how important this power switch is and they'll get it fixed with a more robust version. I am replacing this one with another company's model. This I'll try to fix myself when I have the time, or it'll be a really awesome paperweight! It's not good for much else don't waste your money. That's my honest evaluation. I will however if I ever hear from this company and they try to make it right, and succeed in doing so, amend this review. But I'm not holding my breath!

We initially had a disappointing experience with this shredder and thought it was junk. The unit wasn't performing as expected, leaving us frustrated. However, when we reached out to their customer service, they exceeded our expectations. They quickly responded, acknowledged that the machine might be defective, and immediately sent us a replacement.The new shredder works flawlessly—it’s efficient, reliable, and exactly what we were looking for. We couldn't be happier with both the product and the customer service. Their promptness and professionalism really stood out. A great machine backed by excellent customer support! Highly recommended!

The unit works great and is relatively quiet. The only issue with it is when you have to remove the shredder bag. There are prongs sticking out that catch and rip the shredder bag. I know, do use a shredder bag, but that's not the point. My intent was to use the shredder bag to capture the cut paper and easily dispose of it. Unfortunately, it's not that easy. So, only 4 stars! My other shredder was simple to use and easy to remove the bag from.
