Great fine sand to use for planted aquariums. I use this for my Father Fish based planted aquariums and it's a beautiful sand. It's very clean inert sand, you don't even really need to clean it if you don't want to. The price is great for the quality and amount you get. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased this aquarium sand and I am beyond impressed with its quality! Unlike other sands I’ve used in the past, this one requires no rinsing out of the bag. It’s completely clean and ready to use, which saved me a lot of time and effort.The texture is perfect – fine enough to look natural, but heavy enough that it doesn’t cloud up the water. I added it to my tank, and the water remained crystal clear. Plus, the color is rich and vibrant, giving my aquarium a beautiful, natural look.I highly recommend this aquarium sand if you’re looking for an easy, hassle-free product that doesn’t require any prep and looks fantastic. I didn't use this sand for a pool filter but for one of my aquariums. The Sand was clean and uniform and didn't need to be pre-rinsed to use. No matter what you use this for be it a pool filter or aquarium, it will perform as advertised.

The color is nice even though we don’t really see it because it’s inside our filter. The price was ok but we did find a better deal for the same amount at a local pool store it was like half the price of what we paid for this bag. It seems to be working in our filter. There’s no leakage that we could tell. It was easy to put into the filter we just opened the bag and poured.

Did not run out if the pump. It died a greasy job of filtering my pool water. Will buy again when needed.
