I got this paper for foundation paper piecing and I am very happy with it. It is easy enough to tear after sewing. I have to be careful when loading it into the printer, but it seems to work well after that.

This paper is perfect for paper-piecing in quilting. It is super lightweight and feeds nicely through my Laserjet printer. Took a long time to find this product and now that I have, I am sharing with all my friends.

A great value and packaged and shipped in perfect condition, not a dent or ripple, so 100% useable in my printer.

I ordered this for my daughter because she was wishing she had newsprint for sketching on just for practice. She loves it. I recommend it both for quality and price.

I thought this might be too light, as it is really lightweight newsprint, but it goes through my laser printer without a problem and tears away easily. A great value compared to many of the quilting papers - will definitely use this going forward! The only problem I had was that the paper came loose in an envelope - there was a plastic wrapper, but it was not around the paper and was crumpled at the bottom of the package. I ended up having to toss a couple of sheets that were ripped because of handling of the envelope in transit. Not a big loss, since it was inexpensive, but I would have preferred a ream of paper in a wrapper!

As much as I love the instant gratification of PDF sewing patterns, the one thing I hate is how unwieldy and heavy the pattern pieces get after printing them out on regular printer paper and taping them together. Once cut out, storage becomes an issue because 20 lb paper can only be folded so much until it gets too thick to fit in an oversized envelope. This newsprint paper is so lightweight and goes through my Brother laser printer without a problem. The paper is thinner so putting the completed pattern in a manila envelope should be pretty easy. You get a lot of paper in this pack for the price, so I'm certain I will get a lot of use out of it for various fiber art crafts before I have to buy another!

Paper is thin, light weight and decent quality. There is not really any texture to the paper, though. The packaging for this paper is terribly thin and poor quality. It arrived completely open, with several pages of the paper torn or bent. The box it shipped in was not damaged, so it was not the shipping company.

I would have liked to have taken this up with Amazon but it kept sending me to the manufacturer and I think this was a shipping issue. There was no wrapper on this paper. It was stuffed loose in a plastic shipping bag so there was nothing to prevent damage to the paper. As you can see there are dog ears, wrinkles and tears. So, is this a manufacturer or Amazon issue? It seems that it needs to be dealt with in the future. Otherwise, I ran a sheet through my printer and it worked fine and the quality is good; for that, it gets 5 stars.

Not quite A4 so be careful if this is an issue for you, otherwise marvellous newsprint for typing on or drawing on.Don't even think about using fountain pens on it though. It's not designed for that purpose.Highly recommend.

I used my printer to print off sheets for this Storm At Sea quilt block. I wanted to make a sample block from scraps to make sure it would come out correctly. When using the printer, I made sure there was regular paper in the bottom tray and added a stack of 30 or so on top. Make sure you fit the paper in the tray, the paper is light weight and can get gobbled up in the printer. It printed off well.Yes, this is newsprint without the words. It tore easily as I had shorten the stitch length. I have plenty of paper to make or use for whatever I might need. The quilt block has many intersections and can be a complicated block to assemble. I'm making a baby quilt so won't need too many blocks. It's working out for what I bought it for.
