Putting this thing together was a wild ride. Many of the pieces don't quite line up, so there's a good amount of bending and pushing to hold in place to line up holes. The primary screws used don't exactly fit the holes, so it's held together by average success of getting them all in place. But, it's inexpensive, and all of this was about as expected. The QR code on the lock goes to a page that's all in Chinese, with a diagram for a lock mechanism that isn't on this unit, so not sure what's up there. But, it works, and the metal is solid.

We brought this product because we have two huskies that are free to be in the front and back yard. One is super friendly and the other is cautious of strangers. One also loves destroying packages as he sees it as a game. We don’t want to keep him in a kennel when we are out during the day so we felt this was the best option for us.It was pretty easy to put together with a little force since some of the screw holes aren’t perfectly aligned but it was not a PITA as others mention. The biggest part was connecting the top part for the packages to drop.Con: of the panels arrived dented as you can see the panel where the door goes is dented which causes it difficulty to close it unless you use a bit of force.

Where do I begin. The instructions for this product where absolutely horrendous and very difficult to understand. There are several parts left over that. I have no idea where they go. It tells you to put screws in where there are no places to put screws in, so there's screws left over. I assumed that it was supposed to anchor to the ground. Or the floor but it anchors to a wall which is not where I want to anchor this thing to. It has 2 items in it that are supposed to be hex. Screwed together but the Hex wrenches, they give you do not fit the hex screws. Do yourself a favor and find a different one to buy. Don't buy this one.

Product arrived on time. It was well packed and easy to assemble. There were even a few extra screws!My only negative was that there was a screwdriver included. Nice touch. However, it was such a cheap tool, it ripped up on the second screw. If the company is going to include a junk screwdriver, then why include one at all. Afterall, who doesn't have a Phillips screwdriver?Product is sturdy and seems very well made. It was the largest of all the products I checked out before my pyurchase.

Did not work for us. We live out in county and could not keep it from turning over. It is top heavy. We even had it steaked down. Also, does not work well with larger boxes. It would work fine if you could securely anchor it to a post or building and only expect regular mail of letters and small packages.

Putting it together is a PIA but well worth it. It has great capacity and can handle about 90% of my deliveries. I put gravel in the bottom so no one will run off with it.

the package drop box is strong and sturdy but I had one small issue. the plate where the package rests before dropping inside the drop box was scrapping the back inner wall. I had to tap it in a little so that it won't scrap but besides that the box is great, thank you.
