I cannot say enough great things about Adoorn product AND service! I have both a mailbox and a package locker at my home, and have been incredibly happy with the design and functionality of each. Unfortunately, a hit and run driver took out both the box and locker, but Adoorn kindly helped to replace everything at a reduced cost, going above and beyond any expectation for service that I might have held. They truly understand what it means to make, and maintain, a customer for life.

This is a great looking package locker. Ours sits outside the entrance to our theater, so having something that looked good was a requirement. I was surprised how long it took to assemble the thing. In that regard, it was not well designed, nor were all the parts well made, mostly regarding the pre-drilled holes. In our case, some of the holes did not lineup well and the lower door attaches with a piano hinge and the bottom panel was not pre-drilled at all.We mounted ours to a fence to keep it off the ground and out of any water, but it's really intended to sit on the ground and has some adjustable leveling feet. The one we got is classified as small and I'd say that's accurate. It'll fit flats and small packages, but nothing large. We'll see if it's sufficiently sized...

For the size of the Amazon box it came in, I thought this would have been assembled. Nope. You have to assemble it yourself. I'm no slouch at putting things together, and my wife loves assembling things, and she's good at it. However, the inadequate packaging allowed some pieces to move around during shipping and get bent. I have tools to gently re-align sheet metal to bring everything back to square, but it would have been a bugger for someone who didn't have the proper (and additional) tools to do so. Additionally, we were short some of the screws and way too many of the other. We managed to find screws from our own stash and get it assembled. Also, it took careful adjusting to get the magnetic closures to grab the upper door nice and tight.Once together, this is a sturdy piece. It's not high security or anything, but it certainly hides the packages from passersby. Additionally, the top is a space for delivery drivers to place items that are too big to fit in the drop door. Instantly, it has prevented packages from being dropped on the upper step and left. (Well, except once, but the driver wasn't paying attention. Just another driver who really didn't care about his work.)Overall, the 3 stars is for the terrible experience of assembly and repair to get it to a finished product.After assembly, it has been a 5-star product so far.I 100% recommend it if you don't mind taking the gamble of getting a bent-up product or taking the time to fight the assembly. If it came assembled, it'd be a no-brainer.

This is exactly what I was hoping for. Keeps my packages secure and my doorstep looking clear and sharp. Love the color and no longer have to stress if I'm out of town or get home late.

The Adoorn Small Package Box is a mixed bag. Assembly was straightforward but quite a hassle. Since all the screws are hidden inside the box, some are a pain to reach during assembly. A magnetic screwdriver is a must. Avoid using a powered screwdriver; it’s too easy to strip the holes. The holes aren't threaded, and the screws don't seem to be self-tapping, making the process fragile.Some holes don't line up easily, especially the bottom and side panels. I had to use an awl to bend the panels into alignment. Additionally, I didn’t receive the correct number of screws. A quick email to Adoorn customer service produced a response within 2 hours. After giving them my address, replacement screws were sent almost immediately and arrived in 2 days. While I wish the correct number of screws (and spares) had been included from the start, the customer service was impressive.Once assembled, the box looks fabulous. The design is top-notch, and even the color (Chili Red) got a positive response from my notoriously choosy 20-something daughter. For our purposes, I wish we had gotten the large box, but that wasn’t an option when we ordered.In conclusion, the assembly was annoying, but I only had to do it once. We now enjoy and use the package box daily. The brief suffering was worth it for the utility and style the box adds to our life.

Honestly, the build quality is very poor. Paint coverage was ok but the pre drilled holes didn’t line up. Also 1 of the pre installed hinges was installed backwards. I work in design/ engineering so I could make adjustments to eventually make everything fit. For the average person however, it would be a struggle to put together. I really wanted to love this, but unfortunately it’s of extremely poor standard for the price. I read the reviews on there website but seemed very biased. Also I’m sure it can be broken into without much difficulty.

This delivery box seemed promising -- sturdy, nice look, good size for smaller packages. Unfortunately, I was unable to complete the assembly. The 20 hinge screws for attaching the doors were teeny tiny, and beyond my tool and skill sets. I disassembled and returned the box.

I purchased a white mailbox with a black post and had a few issues with the box upon receiving it. I emailed customer service and immediately received a friendly and efficient response. A new mailbox was sent out quickly and looks perfect. I am thrilled with the look of it and can't say enough about the prompt service.
