Great product with the best customer service you could hope for. The panel that controls the box stopped charging and was unresponsive. I contacted customer service and they responded the next day and said they were sending me a new upgraded panel for no charge. It arrived a few days later and then they sent me step by step instructions on how to replace. I struggled a bit removing the old panel so they made a video and showed me what I was doing wrong. Amazing company and now I am back in business with a brand new upgraded panel.Thank you LoxxBoxx!

Had an issue and was contacted by the COO when I voiced my concern, so that made me feel extremely valued and important to the company, and new Boxx was delivered the next day.It was an awesome experience. The warranty is great.

Good solution but at $298, it may be a smidge over priced for what you get.First, on the plus side, it definitely checked off the majority of my package security requirements, no question. The body material (steel) is light (maybe too light?) but sturdy enough, and the container is roomy w/a temp control/alert system - which is cool.Next, the app set up experience for me was simple and easy. It's important to note that to complete the set up, the Loxx Boxx must be FULLY charged before you can program it - so I just left it plugged into the power block overnight before trying to complete the programming, and was able to do that work on the first try without issue.Battery life seems pretty good thus far. No low battery alerts since initial charge about three weeks ago.On the downside, I don't really think it's quite heavy enough to deter a determined "pirate" from dragging it off IMHO. I could put my arms around it and pick it up without a lot of effort. I didn't want to damage our porch by drilling holes in the concrete to bolt it down (thanks for the hardware to do that, though!), so I opted to place a couple of heavy paver stones it it (one may get the job done - we'll see). Yes, I gave up some space in the container, but now it's too heavy for your average Joe/Jane to take off with it, and there's still enough room to hold the sizes of packages we typically receive.Next, it seems a bit expensive for the overall build and design. It just doesn't feel like $300 worth of product to me. Again, just my opinion.Overall, I think this is a 4.5 star product. It will get the job done for sure, but it needs an option other than bolting it down to address the weight concern such as a bit heavier gauge steel for the box which would help in that area.I'd buy it again as it seems to be one of the better package security options out there.

Like everyone else who’s had issues with porch pirates, I needed a solution better than angrily watching videos about glitter bomb decoy packages and filing police reports that will never go anywhere even with clear footage of the perpetrators. I wanted to love this product but there’s a human element that really prevents it from being great: the time it takes to figure out how to open the lock box.I’d say that only about 10% of the packages that I receive are actually left in the Loxx Boxx. I’m posting this review after an Amazon driver pounded on the box and my front door, while swearing a bit, after attempting to the unlock the box. He read the instructions and tried a few times but wasn’t able to get it to open so he was rightfully frustrated. I’ve found that Amazon drivers are more likely to at least try to use the box (perhaps to avoid receiving “failed to follow delivery instructions” feedback), while other services like UPS, FedEx, and USPS often don’t bother even though I’ve given specific delivery instructions. In the best case this renders the box effectively an expensive object for hiding packages behind, but quite often the delivery drivers in my area don’t even bother trying to hide things. On a user experience note, I think the small lag between pressing the power button and entering the code is problematic. Most first time users overlook the power button step, so the first digit of the code serves to wake up the device and then the wrong code is entered. I’m not sure of the timing needed to time out of a code and start over, but once the device is awake it doesn’t require the power button to be pressed to begin the sequence. The instruction magnet is misleading because step 3 says “Open when green light flashes”, which also happens immediately upon pressing the power button. The positioning of the power button at the bottom part of the keypad also tends to obscure the LED color cues under the user’s hand, and it’s unclear what flashing blue or teal means compared to flashing green. The whirring sound of the lock opening is a better cue for whether a code was correctly entered and the box is unlocked.Per-delivery single use access codes are unlikely to be useful for you for three reasons:1. Although the iOS app is somewhat streamlined to allow entry of delivery details through the “Sharing” interface to copy tracking numbers, for busy households with multiple family members receiving packages it will be hard to remember to do this 100% of the time. And if you forget, you’re setting delivery drivers up to fail when they try to use the last 4 digits of the tracking number. I have set up delivery instructions with a permanent (not tracking number specific) code for UPS, FedEx, and Amazon, and I only recall a single instance where a delivery driver used the last four digits of the tracking code to open the box.2. Another more technical issue is the box’s wifi polling frequency. A new access code that is entered on the app only makes it to the device after the next update, which can be hours after you enter it. I haven’t really checked wifi traffic to see when the box decides to reach out via wifi to check for new access codes. Unlike what’s claimed in the FAQ, for me it takes longer than the short delay between a user pressing the power button and starting to enter a code, which means a newly added access code won’t be populated into the box in time for a delivery driver to use it. I tested this and 3 minutes was not enough time for a new access code to make it to the box. It does seem to poll when the power button is pressed, but I’m not sure what schedule it uses to wake itself up. For normal inter-city packages that take days to arrive this is not a huge issue, but for more instant delivery type services where you might have only an hour’s notice this makes the per-package access codes unreliable.3. Single access codes are a bit of a misnomer, because they allow access more than once. I’m not sure what the rule is for when the code expires after first use, but a test code worked at least three times for me, with the last use happening 7 minutes after the first.Overal, Loxx Boxx is a neat little system that could be useful for some customers, if drivers and other users are able to use it as intended. But it has some underlying complexity that’s not really exposed to the user and will likely not ever be resolved through a firmware update. I and other users don’t have a good understanding of exactly how it’s going to behave, which makes me wish I had bought a large, more aesthetically pleasing planter instead.

Great product. Works were its out any glitches except just need to talk to your drivers about using it snd sequences. Once more of these are out there it will be like mailboxes everywhere.
